We take time to love these people and when they break our hearts and leave we are so harsh to ourselves and in most cases often try to rush the healing process. For me it's been 13 long months and there are days I still remember him and cry. Keep in mind it's okay to be sad just don't go back to what broke you.

The best thing about these videos is that they are not thrown by theory only. It comes from someone who truly experienced the pain and successfully found a path out. Thank you for teaching the way to get out of this dark place.

It took me 22 years to overcome my true love. I left him in 2002….. It took me very long to forgive my self.

It took me more than 8 months to get over my ex whom i dated for like only 4 months. It was really hard especially because he would always blame me for it even tho he fucked up and used me to get over his ex. I thought I'd always have feelings for him but guess what, i made it! I'm proud of myself.

Going through a breakup can be incredibly challenging, and these three practical steps offer valuable guidance for anyone trying to heal and move forward. The emphasis on self-care, self-reflection, and seeking support from friends and professionals is spot on. It's essential to remember that healing takes time, and it's okay to feel a mix of emotions.

Thank you for sharing this. I’ve gone through a breakup recently, discovering his infidelity after and have found that music has helped immensely; three songs in particular I’ve played on repeat. I understand that it’s a long road back to equilibrium but it’ll happen.

Dr Aria I just watched you on the Diary of a CEO First off, I am so sorry you had to go through so much pain re: your wife! You are so attractive and you are so well spoken! To be able to be kind and hold on when your heart is being ripped out of your chest is so not easy ❤ What you said that I loved is that deep inside you sensed “it will be alright’. “ it will be alright” One of my most comforting hymns from long ago is “It is well with my soul.” Best of everything to you!!!

the anxiety in the morning is truly the worst, especially after you realise that your entire relationship was built on deceit & deception when you blindly trusted someone. Found out two weeks ago that they’d been seeing their ex & my entire reality has been broken. The emotions come in waves - at times, im optimistic for the future other times I feel so utterly betrayed. But you story on CEO has really connected with me & given me hope that there’s a way out of this ✨

I'm very angry at my ex. He convinced me to quit my job and leave all my belongings behind in the states to move to the UK to be with him. Our relationship lasted less than a year. He did the slow fade & then broke up with me...via text message.... 😒
