Do you live in or near these areas? Do you have or know Jewish young people who have experienced bullying first hand? I’m worried that a lot of people who have never experienced these things are just repeating rhetoric. If such awful things are happening on these marches every Saturday, why isn’t it caught on video? I’ve seen very little evidence (other than “from the river to the sea”) from the marches. Many of the awful quotes come from the group (hisbutttahere??? Spell?) that have FINALLY been listed as a terrorist group. Evidence of the really offensive signs come from the first couple of marches.

And that’s why I think that is the sign that points to something not good. Reminds me of 1935 in Germany. Maybe I’m not aware of everything he does but as an American I see TR as the only one fighting back the islamification of the west. Sometimes you need someone like him to get the ship back to the right path. Right now it seems people just talk about the ship heading for that Muslim iceberg and voice their fear in silence while the ship steadily heads towards it. In the end we all get what we deserve. Our parents and ancestors fought hard to keep us all free from these ideologies of darkness. Yet we sit complacent and watch it happen. In America that could happen but I doubt it. I often wondered why groups like BNP, English Democrats, EDL and so on were subjected to police surveillance, censured and labelled as 'bigots'and 'racist' etc when there was Sinn Fein (the political wing of terrorist group the IRA), SNP and Plaid Cymru all spouting their hatred of the English and getting away with it. We all remember what the IRA did and Plaid (Welsh Nationalists) were setting fire to peoples' property and daubing hate slogans all over the place. All seemed a bit one sided.

"We" didn't ignore anything Esther- the political classes did... As for Jewish folk being persecuted- make no mistake- that's just the beginning... The crocodile eats all eventually...

Good for you, Esther!! You have a clear view of what the problem is. Tell them to go back where they can live in their own way.

I walked through the Saturday demo yesterday at London Victoria, tens of thousands of marchers with kefyahs and Pally-flags, and SOCIALIST WORKER placards. The Corbynites haven't gone away, they will come to power when the Tories deservedly lose the general election, due to Rishi's cowardice. TFL .(Sadiq) all but shut down London to accommodate this endless protest, to appease his Muslim constituency. Maybe a lost cause but I won't vote for any of these enemies of Britain.

I’m a Catholic and I wouldn’t go near London if you paid me, I’d be terrified

I am Jewish and I've been in London just in September and enjoyed so much the museams and Globe theatre, can't believe it got so horrible

I am not Jewish, but there is no chance I would walk through many areas of London if I were and had it on display (clothing-wise), and that's just through the day. On a night, I would say it's twice as bad. I don't want this as "All Muslims bad" because they are not; it's just the section of them that is, is very vocal/open and physical about their hate of Jews and doesn't seem at all bothered by the Police.

As a jewis that lives in israel… that accurately the problematic and complex Israel are, not only in Gaza there are also the west bank , that there is palastian there that actually want quite and and move to better life for them, and they know they can have it in israel( many Palestinians from the West Bank and Gaza already got their approval to do that(they had an interview to check if they want to hurm Israel , and if they just want peace and some jobs to do in israel )The problem that there are so many palastian that move among them that they have the attention to harm and by blooming them self up or stabbing and shoting at random people. There is a a say in Israel. “There is one side that want to kill us, And another that just won’t let them,”

It may also be the case that for some people anti-Semitism is completely normal, especially if they come from a country where it is completely normal or mainstream. Then there is perhaps a religious element in this as well. For example, check what Islamic scriptures say about Jews

@@aweejobby788 it doesn’t matter if they lived for centuries and centuries and centuries and centuries. They arrived from western and Northern Europe. KEY word “arrived” through migration, the Anglo saxons aren’t native or indigenous to the British isles. Take up your issue with Oxford and their standards of the English language & definition of “indigenous” cause it certainly doesn’t mean what you just described.

I experienced anti semitism when I lived in Wembley in the early 2000's and I'm not even Jewish. My Mum put one of those Jewish symbols on our inside front door after returning from a pilgrimage to the holy land and years later middle eastern people moved in either side. Next thing we knew we were getting cigarette butts and dead rats on our lawn. Also my Mum said that she was called a pig by a Muslim woman on the street. We never had any cross words with our neighbours, and it took us awhile to twig what was going on because we'd forgotten about the Jewish symbol on the door, which was fairly small and inside a porch.

Most of the antisemitism I've experienced has come from people who are nominally Christian. Comments I've overheard at work from people who don't know I'm Jewish have also come from people of various backgrounds. C'mon now, most of us have heard prejudiced comments about blacks, gays, Muslims and Jews and some of us have seen physical attacks. It's up to each of us to counter prejudice were it rises...

I'd really like to visit the UK and London but I no longer feel safe to travel to the UK. The Jew hatred that the UK government is allowing to flourish and seeming to even encourage to grow is life-threatening.

@@phax71 Yeah I definitely felt the punchs and and kicks the gang of five guys first time I discovered one of the areas and the cuts and bruises that took weeks to heal. I know where whiteys aren't allowed to go and avoid them and definitely don't go out a night. FYI I have Aspergers syndrome and we tend to be extremely honest you can do a quick Internet search to confirm if you like.

I too do not recognise the place, and am fearful to go there for days out sightseeing, in my own homeland. My mother survived the Holocaust she knew that antisemitism was always there , her religious marking was a crucifix ,this was for protection ,sad isn't it 😞

It's astonishing how London, once, the standard for well mannered people, super clean streets, rich culture and politeness has become such a violent, dirty and hostile place. Travelling to London these days is like visiting Bronx in the 80's, scary!

There is no islamophobia on the streets of London. Where has she been. I am pleased she recognises that there is jew hatred constantly and consistently in London. But islamophobia....nope, not a big issue on our streets.
