    Hey brotha, thanks for the video. I remember a month or so ago you did a live video and told me that cold calling and door knocking are the best forms of lead generation. I've used cold calling for Just Sold's and Just Listed, I have gotten leads and a listing appointment out of it as well as now represent my first buyer. I barely knew my script when I started calling but the sheer amount of people I call has made me better at the script and brought better conversion rates. I want to say thank you my man for encouraging me to say fuck it and just go after it regardless of the fact that I was brand new. When my first commission check comes in, im going on a shopping spree on your website store . Much love from the Central Coast in Cali

    Thank You Bryan. You just gave me the kick in the butt I needed. No more letting fear and anxiety control me, I am just gonna allow myself to feel anxious and take action anyways. You really hit home on how simple it really is as to be brave like I was in my youth, take a chance and take action otherwise nothing is going to change.

    Hey Bryan, i just wanna say that i am 27 and worked alot of general labor and warehouse/ retail.jobs.. i too come.from an athletic background and with a small family i was looking for change and a career. I watched one of your videos were you explained how you started and man did you light a fire under me and motivated me to assure myself this was the right move for me.. your videos are so informative and helpful and i appreciate you knowledge.... great videos man.. i feel super confident going into real estate just off your wisdom.. i dont expect anything overnight and i know i have to work my ass off but as us athletes know... thats what we live for.. keep up the great work man and god bless!!!

    When it comes to door knocking, would you advise to leave a note with your name, and number, accompanied with a brief description if no one is home. Then come back at a later time to follow up? Or would that seem to tacky. I understand there's no such thing as "tacky" when trying to generate leads, but from a professional stand point what would you advise?

    Hey b.c. I have been a license agent for two years in new york and I have yet to make a deal due to me working full-time and not haveing the confidence to know where to start. I made it my business to fully dedicate myself this year, and I am so glad I have found your videos of work. I have watch 10 so far and will continue to watch more.     Bryan, when you door knock and someone says they have a person in mind, do you carry a notebook and have them write down that person's info? Or do you have them put their info into your phone? Or do you give them your business card and hope that they pass your info along and their potential lead contacts you?

    Door-knock for about 2 hours every day, looking to bring it up to 4. Hit or miss - 2 leads in a row, and then nothing for the next 50 houses. Do you have averages for how many knocks per lead? Have the numbers come up since you started?

    2s knock and 4 deals!?!?! whatttt????? This may sound like a dumb question but where's the best place to park when I plan to do the 5 to the left and right door knocking technique....(if i could park in front of the fsbo or expd that'd be convenient but kinda intrusive depending on the street layout...) When you say preview a new listing that's not yours what's the intention behind it? Just to look at the property?

    Hey Brian. Quick question...I’m am going to take my real estate agent license exam in July of 2018. Should I start prospecting before then so that I am building a list for once I am officially an agent? Or do you recommend waiting until I officially receive my license. I would love to start door knocking and calling ASAP

    start with your SOI, people you know. If you prospect, be careful, and don't discuss contracts. If you get leads, refer them to an agent and work alongside them.

    You can always check your County Clerk's website, if you live in an area where government websites post public information online. Of course, I live in Florida, depending where you live it may be your County Court's website.
