Ah yes i was the tap for 2 doomblade guy back in school. It got to the point where if someone saw me even nudge a swamp they would start moving their creatures into the graveyard. Good times.

MTG remy has the unique ability to say incredibly knowledgable things about magic, in an entertaining way. while also making everyone question if he actually knows the rules.

I saw the title and immediately knew what the song was gonna be. Remy never disappoints!

I have had the worst week this week and this actually made me laugh hysterically, thank you for your fantastic sense of humour and superior MTG strategy Remy.

As someone who plays Elf-ball in Commander, doom blade feels like this to me. Awesome song as always.

Feels like that is a card they should introduce in Baldur's Gate. Probably a red goblin-inspired card. 2R Throw a D6, continue as long as you don't get the same value. Ka-Boom deals damage equal to each rolled dice value to any target of your choice. You may choose new target for each roll

When I got into magic at 14 years old, I was the only kid in school that had a paper round that also played Magic. One of the first things I did, was move to upgrading my rakdos deck. Using a good ole card searched I looked for "destroy" and "creature" and sorted by manacost and cost to buy. Next thing you knew I had 4 Doom Blades without realising the meme'ness of them. Now a decade later videos like this give me so much joy. As my friends decks were pack built, they didn't have too many duplicates of their best creatures. I KNEW what was in their deck, I would just collect the doomblades and wait... good times.

Even though I am a recurrent victim of doom blades, I'll face it way better singing this while my mono green deck gets buried. So thanks.

I would also make a deck that's entirely Doom Blades, I understand.

I've clipped the audio right when you start to say DOOM DOOM DOOM DOOM, YOUR CREATURES GO KABOOM. and I play that audio clip whenever I get a chance to cast doom blade in my commander games. It's such a rush! And I just love the reactions of everyone at the table. A couple of them I've played with a few times already all just go "oh, again? Seriously?" when they see me reach for my phone when it's my turn to respond to some creature lol

Here's an idea for a parody: a combo player trying a new deck, but constantly getting shut down. Put that to the tune of cats in the cradle. Something like "I made this deck, just the other day Invited friends over just to play but there were beasts within And doomed blades. Just couldn't keep any board states." Come on, it writes itself.

Arena needs a Remy card. "When this creature enters the battlefield manifest 20 Doom Blade cards to your hand. You may cast cards manifested this way without paying their mana cost this turn."

Whenever I am asked for edh deck advice, I always suggest adding another sol ring, but now I will suggest 4+ copies of doom blade.

Imagine having a format where your deck can only have basic lands and as many of one common/uncommon card in the whole deck.
