I went into a 3 month phase after my ex left and these videos helped me. I hated reading the comments about not taking her back.. eventually if you're doing everything right you'll forget about all of it and completely stop thinking about it. Proud to say I'll never take her back. I'm excited about the next people entering my life that appreciate and value me.

My break up was last May. And within the last 2-3 months I’ve been able to finally let a bit go. It was ugly for me after the break up. I did all the wrong things. I don’t know if it’s too late. I’ve not been chasing her lately. But she seems not interested. I’ve tried cutting her off and every time she’s weasled her way back and I let her. We're in the same boat. Do not think into it too much, just let it be. Do not react to it. It's gonna be hard man... But, focus all of that energy on yourself, feel it, go through it. In a week or 2 of no contact you'll feel much better (do not look at their profile) you'll make things worse for yourself and delay your progress. Everything will be fine, do not expect them to come back. Once you're feeling much better and get over it all and they come back, you win, if they don't, you still win because you worked on yourself and became better for you and be happy on your own and will be able to share that with someone who really wants to he around. All of my exes, once I got my shyt together. I didn't even want them anymore, one came back after a year, spoke to her for a bit and I was thinking to myself, "wow, my value is so high that I don't even feel a thing for this person anymore" I improved so much that I don't want anything to do with them anymore, not even friendship because my standards has raised so much while I was working on me and loving me. Painful emotions and anger is a huge motivator. You can convert it to push you to be greater. Trust me. I've been there multiple times and each time I came out better when I stopped focusing on them and put all of that love and focus that I wanted to give them back into myself.
