This is how you get thicker fuller abs, for lower abs i also suggest kneeups with a light dumbbell between your shoes to progressively overload

Actually tried this today, and it’s a night and day difference. I never moved my hips or ass, but just pulled it to the ground. Tried tucking the chest to the thighs, and I felt the difference on the first rep.

Yeah this is how I started to see better growth. I was 6' 150 doing 150 for 12 slow reps, my only issue, and what kept me from going further was in fact my own weight, it was hard to keep from moving and engaging other muscles to try to resist the excess movement

I personally do go a little higher than you go at the top of the movement. Based on my own experimenting, I feel a crazy stretch in my abs by going higher, further increasing its ROM.. to each their own tho

Depends on your anatomy too…I have a much longer upper body than lower body so my quad bones aren’t long enough too provide enough clearance for my long upper body to curl underneath….my skull hits the ground before being able to curl very far under.

Abs are muscles, sure you can get lean to show what little abs you have but this is for people who want strong defined abs to match the rest of their hopefully strong and defined body. You either understand what’s up or you don’t

Actually tried this today, and it’s a night and day difference. I never moved my hips or ass, but just pulled it to the ground. Tried tucking the chest to the thighs, and I felt the difference on the first rep.
