I do these standing up with weights because I have a bad lower back that hurts to sit like that. But the way I do it works great too 😊

The more common mistakes I see is people either do it way to fast or when holding a dumbbell they have it to far from their chest

I guess this is for beginners u have to get ur core strong enough to incorporate raising ur legs

DAY 1 I did all workout same except birpees i did that 50 and plank for 1 song song was 2.58 and i did 1.30
