Who yells at someone for not using the exact amount of cleaning product? Who measures cleaning products before they use them. Tarwa, I don't know how you do it!

No matter what you find, I will always stick with Bar Keeper's Friend. Best cleaner I have ever tried, and I've tried a lot.

Yep, me too. It was fun watching Tawra scrubbing all those pots and pans, but I honestly didn't see enough of a difference between the cleaners to convince me to ditch my BKF. It's cheap, and it works!

Just use water and baking soda. Sprinkle a bit of soda in a cup you dumped water out of. Use fingers to spread and rub out stains or a washcloth. Baking soda isn’t hard on bare hands.

That Barkeepers Friend fan base is loyal! Thank you for your patience in continuing to try it. I think it's time to let it go, use it or don't. Free Tawra from this perpetual testing!

That's on her, I doubt anyone is forcing her to keep testing. Bottom line is, she should use what works best for her, as should we all. At the end of the day, we should all have shiny pans! LOL.

@@jeannel1065 I must have missed that. LOL. Her using it 'wrong' AND the comments about it. I think she could have used a little more elbow grease with all of the products, but that's just me. If she's got fibro that would make it hard, I know--I have fibro, too. At any rate, I honestly didn't see enough of a difference in any of the products to choose one over the other, so I'm just sticking with my BKF!

@Zorro-5515 Can you clarify what you mean by "cut lines from Corelle plates?" Is it the knife scratches from cutting into meats or anything requiring a knife to cut/eat? If so, does BKF actually remove those? Thanks in advance.

Hope these make you a lot of money. When's the next one coming out... lol. Don't think they'll be able to convert you to Barkeepers friend, huh? Me either. ... Glenda

We were taught baking soda & vinegar. very, very seldom had that fail. Congratulations on finding your round cake pans. Glad you were able to find them. With Barkeepers Friend, if you have antique/vintage dishes or PYRES/Anchor Hocking/Glassbake with a pattern on them, you DO NOT want to use it. It will take off the old patterns & decrease the value if you are planning on re-selling them. Have watched too many re-sellers mention that & have seen the pricing differences when I've been out & about.

I Know how You feel about Your SS pans. I've had a SS set of Revere Ware for at least 45 years and They still look NEW and I've cooked alot through the years. I've only had to replace the handle on the small sauce pan once which cost $9 at the time. The SS Set was the second set of pans I ever bought in My Life. The first set was from Mirror Teflon set and it only lasted about 2 years. I was so Happy that I saved up for the Revere set because it has lasted a Lifetime and still going. Back then $100 was alot to Me just out on My Own. Money well spent. Thanks for Sharing.

I have two vintage copper bottom Revere Ware and two non-copper bottom Revere Ware sauce pans I bought at thrift stores years ago. I tried a variety of cleaners on the copper bottom pans (Comet, Pink Stuff, ketchup, cut lemon and salt, Dawn and peroxide, baking soda, soda and vinegar). They improved but none got the copper bottoms shining clean until I used an 18 yo can of Bar Keepers Friend I found under my laundry sink. I bought the can when we were building our house to clean the new stainless steel sinks that were scuffed and dirtied from cleaning up construction messes.

That's great! Last year we realized our pots & pans were getting rough, so I looked at prices for new stuff. Prices were pretty awful, but the reviews were really bad. So, I figured let's just ask our local BUY NOTHING group to see if anyone was getting rid of any of their older pots & pans --someone was happy to give us their old stuff. When we got it home, I was so excited to see they'd given us old Revere Ware! ~ Have a great day
