Hey Jazmine! Just know most guys "play" the nice guy role even if they are interested in you because it's safer for them, especially at younger ages. For guys, there is also always the lingering fear of rejection they show signs of interest in. **when all the signs say he's interested but my low self-esteem and general anxiety say otherwise so I brush it off until I get a 100% clear confession** UPDATE: It's been over a year since I made this comment, and I just wanted to thank everyone for being so kind and even sharing their own stories in the replies as well. It's nice to know I'm not alone on this. Lately I've been practicing this sort of routine where I constantly compliment myself even if I don't feel like doing it, and it's been surprisingly effective at building my self-esteem and overall confidence. And although I'm not able to accurately tell if a person is interested or not, I've learned that sometimes we just gotta take that leap of faith and just go for it. If it works out, then it works out. But if not, that's okay too. It just means it's time to let go and not use up any more precious time trying to be with that person. The right person for you will come with time, it just might take a little bit of trial and error. We've got this ^·^

When I was in school, my childhood crush got a few of his friends to ask me if I liked him, and me thinking it was just a prank and worrying that they'd make fun of me, my dumb ass said "ew no!" Turns out he got pretty upset when he heard that and I ruined all chances I had with him 😭 I tried to confess to him a few years later after I grew a pair, but it seems I scarred him and he just ignored me... It was so embarrassing and now I just stay to myself unless the other person makes an extremely clear move first.

How do men and women romantically bond with each other? I don't see how men and women can bond (especially romantically) with each other. It may or may not be based on sexual attraction but rather love, comfort and affection. They seem to enjoy the company of women more than men. Women tend to get along better with other women. Why? Also, Women, in general are sensitive, vocal, and are not ashamed to admit their fears, apprehensions and insecurities. They face problems head on even if they don't have a solution. They talk it over, seek counsel, empathy and compassion, and, yes, they cry. And, they are not ashamed of it. It is cathartic for them. It releases stress. Now we know why they live longer. They just share a camaraderie with other women. They are sisters, friends, mothers, aunts, grandmothers, next-door neighbors, colleagues and peers, and, in some cases, lovers. They are different and unique. They are comfortable with their womanhood, sexually and their individuality.

It's funny, there was this guy who liked me and his eye brows did move a lot but I never knew that was a sign. However, I knew from other signs he liked me.

I straight out asked him OVER THE PHONE “where is this going? We text more than me & my best friend” and he said he saw us more as just friends bc our career paths didn’t line up. charity charity yes!! Especially if you’ve been talking for over 3 months!! Why waste time & play games with these guys!? They’ll respect you for it bc you had the courage to find out. It’s a straight forward question, no games

A big one for me is his level of curiosity. If he is interested in a personal relationship, he wants to know more about you, and no detail seems too small. I've found if a guy isn't interested, he may ask a cursory question, but does not seem invested in the response or let it lead to more conversation. Information gathering, for guys, is a telltale sign. I think this isn't just a positive sign in the getting to know you phase, but continues throughout the relationship. When his curiosity about your day, your thoughts, your likes/dislikes evaporates, I think it spells trouble.

If he makes a little joke when he's talking to you, or laughs when you make a funny remark, I've found that's a sign of interest. If he just keeps the conversation neutral and doesn't joke or pick up on any attempt of yours at humor, he's just being nice.

Nah. The first part is right, guys will laugh at your jokes (even the dumb ones) if they’re interested. Him having a dry conversation or not joking isn’t as cut and dry. Some guys social skills aren’t as good, many don’t have as much confidence as they should while some just aren’t funny guys. He might still be interested but too shy/scared to make a move because he doesn’t have the best conversational skill set to create chemistry with the girl he likes.

The other day, I was riding a machine down the hallway and she said " I want a ride." But she hates riding the machine I ride she said. Or she puts her leg out in front of me and say " watch out." WHEN I'M DRIVING. TODAY, I was moping the floor and she walked past me and said " You missed a spot." SARCASM. I said " no really?" SARCASM. She turn around and smiled at me and laugh. She's been teasing me a little and playful aka I think of flirt but idk man. One day she sat with me at lunch (alone) before people come in, she never sits in the kitchen, usually at her desk, happened once. I just don't get why she only talks to me a little when no one is around? Like Friday, we barely spoke but the end of the day, I was leaving to go home, she said " YOUR LEAVING?!?!? WHAT? " Is she flirting with me/playful teasing me?

All those signs were true ... but he was just a fck boy lol ... blocked him after a while

Another way to tell if a dude is into you. Stare at him from across the room. If he is staring at you too, break contact for a second or two, then look back. If he's still staring, yep. The way to get him to approach you? Keep looking back at him. That's why it's called a come hither look. (If he's not into you he won't ever look back or even notice you're looking.)

On the flip side, a man who actually loves you will usually not have sex on his mind either. When we love a girl we just want to hold her, cuddle and squeeze her. Sex is an afterthought ONLY when the love is real. The reason for that is because since we care for her as a person we seriously don't want to fuck it up by introducing a volatile and possibly undermining element like sex just yet.

Keep in mind that 99% of the time we are simply not interested enough. We are biologically programmed to literally notice every, and I mean EVERY, girl in the room. Just because a girl catches our attention does not mean she catches our interest. We are of two minds: Rational/Biological. Our animal biological side is always horny and lusting after everything with legs, but our rational/logical side calculates, reasons, and measures risk and ultimately checks our behaviour when we calculate that our biological attraction to something is not worth it.

If he likes you he should tell you! And if you think he likes you, be direct - ask him instead of beating around the bush. _Would save a whole lot of suspense and frustration._ Sure, you might get rejected or feel embarrassed, but it's in the clear and you can move on. Best bet is to stay away from guys.

To answer your question, I told him through text after playing useless mind games. *A snippet of our texts:* I told him, "erm, i have feelings for you." He said, "But I don't like you." It hurt like a b****, I was so sure he liked me, i did my research and he displayed the signs that he liked me! Maybe it faded overtime, maybe I overestinated our bond?! Anyways, I told him it was fine and that I'm sorry for making things awkward. The thing that sucked was that we were in the same friendship group - had a few months of school left, so seeing him in college every day after that was hard. I went to the toilets to sob, I didn't have anyone who I could tell; anyone that would comfort me. I never was good at socialising and I lost a friend that tolerated me and was nice to me. Idk how he felt, but he avoided me, made remarks about me. He even outed our convo to his other girl friend. Love how she encouraged him to make snide remarks about me in my presence. Overall, it wasn't a pleasant experience. Perhaps you're lucky enough not to encounter him after or maybe he won't be immature about it. I could've waited but I got impatient. I wanted closure and I'm free now from the "what ifs". Of course, from time to time my mind wanders what was wrong with me etc. I'm glad he rejected me tbh. Geez, this is long, if you got this far, thanks for your time 🤟 --lonely, depressed me--

Hey Samantha! Based on what you've said so far, it sounds like you're in a great position with this boy right now. My best advice would be to let him keep doing what he's doing, slowly pursuing you. I know doubts can creep up in your head, but just enjoy the fact that you're both clearly having fun with the interactions you've had together so far... all positive signs! Don't focus on the result of making him your boyfriend. He's naturally progressing that direction with you already 😉 One tip I can give you is to ask him questions and try to find out what kinds of activities he likes. If he mentions one you like, let him know. You can say "hey, that would be fun to maybe do together sometime." If he's shy, that should help him build confidence with you 🙂

I received a mix reaction from him. I can feel like he interested in me but sometimes I'm not sure. Maybe because we work in the same place or we are different in religions. I'm not sure. I realize sometimes he mirrors my action, he uses deeper voice, teasing with weird jokes when no one around and eye contact sometimes makes me confused whether I'm amused him or he interested in me. I don't show any reaction because I'm worried its a one-sided love again.

I have seen your video but almost 80% might not happen to us because our job requirement is different. But every time we could talk to each other (at least once a week) the conversation is like continue from where we stop. Are there any possibilities that he didn't show any effort since i didn't show any sign that i'm interested in him? How far does a man scare of rejection like women?

@@laptopreader Oh gosh, he's 4 years younger than me too.. the hell is happening? :)) He's also on another project and the company has no policies against relationships. (not that it can happen...) He's working in IT and I am a data entry operator, no similarities in projects at all. It's hard, I know.. I really think about giving chances to some other guys, this relationship is clearly not going to go anywhere. If it took so much time and nothing happened it's clear that is not worth it, it's just infatuation, we really need to find somebody who would show us the same love. In my case, I showed that I like him and I received only a mix of cold and hot type of behavior and it's not enough isn't it?

Well he did it to me : 1. He asked me and my close friend which is a man wether we are on dating or not. 2. He likes to shock me or put his face close to my ear 3. He told my friend that I am his girlfriend. Which we never talk about this personally. 4. He asked me to be his private tutor 5. He asked me if I continue play or go back home. When I said I go home he said, ok I am going home too, I am Tired. Does it mean he like me?

I'm married and have been with my husband for a few years now and your video really made me smile and remember when we fell in love with each other, such nice memories. I was so unsure if he really liked me or was just nice... because he was so shy and sweet, definitely not a "game guy". I was trying to show him that I liked him but not too much because I thought what if he doesn't like me back. But in the end he eventually showed me more and more directly his interest in me and I did too... so for all of you out there: it sometimes takes time (especially if you are friends or shy people or from different backgrounds or like in our case all of the above) but if you really like each other you overcome your fear and go for it :) at least that's how it was for us... have a nice day everyone :)

Omg the eyebrow raise!!!! I was talking to this guy and his eyebrows were dancing so much I thought he had facial ticks. He would simultaneously fan his shirt,fidget,swear. At the time I thought either he wasn’t feeling good or just couldn’t wait to book it. Now we’re planning a road trip together.
