Ingredients:
Dough:
5 egg whites
pinch of salt
5 egg yolks
180 grams of sugar
100ml milk
100 ml vegetable oil
250 g flour
1 teaspoon Baking powder
1 tbsp cocoa powder
Pudding:
800ml milk
80 g vanilla pudding powder or cornstarch
2 tbsp sugar
Cream:
250 ml cream
30 g vanilla sugar or sugar
400g 30% sour cream
To sprinkle:
100 grams of walnuts
100 g coconut
chocolate
Bake: 200°C / 392°F 30 minutes on top/bottom heat
Baking pan diameter: 32 cm x 23 cm
