Have a look at who the best mother is. Mihrimah asked about Firuze and Hurrem immediately tells her to not get involved, she then tells Mihrimah to go to her father. Hurrem understood the importance of keeping her children in their father’s good graces and never involved in her business. Compare that to Mahidevran who bothered Mustafa with every stupid thing she could think of. She ran to him for the smallest inconvenience and he was stupid enough to put himself in trouble for Mahidevran’s whining. Mahidevran take notes form Hurrem.

It's just a small detail but I think what differs Hurrem from Mahidevran and Firuze is her non-interest with the ring made by the Sultan.. she did not impose it to be worn on her finger..

To be fair to her, the issue truly was that she had been fed a very specific agenda by those that, before now, she had had no reason not to trust, being that they were like her second family. The problem for those same people is that Afife, rather like Daye before her, has a conscience that requires things fair and honorable, and, the longer she's around Hürrem, the less the agenda pushed on her about the woman adds up.

@@Redluna32 I think part of why Afifie is able to adjust her view on Hurrem easier than Daye is she has a family outside of the harem. Daye only had Hafsa and her life in the harem.

Afife finally saw what is going on, that the good side is Hurrem sultan so she follows her now.

More like she saw the absolute loyalty hurrem had to sulieman. When he was sick everyone would plan for his death, mahidevran even wished for it. But hurrem made it clear until sulieman stopped breathing even her own children would have to walk over her body to take the throne

Its true though. Firuze is number 1 everyones favorite while Hurrem is number 0 and everyone was against her the first episode.

Hurrem deserved better Sulieman knew it as well cause at the very beginning His late Mom was trying to marry her off to another man who fell in love w her even the beautiful sight of Hurrem got to another man!Now the 2 taunting floozy firuze is sure wanting her dead as to remind Hurrem of the deal Hurrem had made to her ..floozy firuze thought of taunting Hurrem when she doesnt have a clue on how smart Hurrem is!!she bothers me as she got all the protection the love and Sultan as well... and Hurrem had to survive all on her own ..Beautiful Series and the head pieces are so pretty ..im addicted to this series and Much Respect from Canada 🇨🇦❤❤❤❤

@@leoswiftie To be fair, Firuze is the only concubine to receive at least good, realistic writing in comparison to the others (outside of Sadıka, if she counts? funny that the spy plot lines are the best written). I just still maintain that it would have made so much more sense to have her placed in the show before Hürrem's marriage. For her to be the final battle Hürrem has to face before marriage to Suleiman would make a lot more sense to me.

The Isabella storyline was the worst and one of the least logical. They NEVER would have brought a princess to the harem let alone let sulieman sleep with her. Hasfa being okay with it was wild to me

And this is how Gulfem felt when Mahidevran snatched Suleiman and the nights from her. Did you see Gulfem beating, poisoning or insulting Mahidevran? Mahidevran even admitted that she enjoyed Guldem suffering while Hurrem took no joy in Mahidevran’s pain, just pitied her. Karma got Mahidevran too. Hurrem learned from Mahidevran, she started this trend. Funny enough, no one snatched the night from Hurrem. Suleiman sent Firuze away and didn’t give the Thursday night to any other woman after meeting Hurrem. Are you biased or the others biased when you’re attacking Hurrem but coddling Mahidevran when Mahidevran did the same and did it FIRST?
