You have to also maintain your diet U can't loose weight when you eat unhealthy foods

You have to do this but maintain good diet and keep active. I play volleyball and also do other exercises after this! I do recommend this tho it really ready helped with my stomach

U r already perfect dear. Being 30kg might be underweight. Trust me, a good physical shape looks much better than a skinny one. Since u r already perfect, just love yourself. But if u really want to lose this much weight, I am no one to stop u. Just an advice
day 1 : my weight: 64. kg deadly tired at 17:00 after that little extra breaks but complete ut dayn2: at 8:00 i had pain in stomach i took 5 min break and continue at 14:00 my legs are dead after few breaks i copleted it

I don't think it matters as long as you leave 3 hours after eating.
Actually, I've been more into Chinese dramas and songs than in Korean nowadays. They have a vast number of good chinese dramas and most of them are adapted from novels so when I finish watching the dramas i also read the novels its adapted from if it has one.

3 minutes is lengthier and tiring without any rest in between, please reduce it to 1 minute
