    I'm not downloading Tik Tok for these, so thanks for doing the legwork for these exercises and making daily workouts for variations. I'll add these as a supplemental workout to my other workouts (days I'm not working with weights). Should be fun.

    My 2nd day cant move my hands . When i started i thought these steps are.fun and easy.. but its really hand than other exercise.. any way thank you this music encourages me to do i am 69 kg now let me update after 7 days
