DIY: Smoker/Making Moose Pepperettes
With food preservation being a key asset to saving freezer space, a smoker was needed here at my off grid home! Smoking meat and fish has been a part of Indigenous and Northern settlements for hundreds of years! My plan is to include a smoker and root cellar that will allow safe storage for long term with not only preserving the food, but also my heritage.

Looks good Dave. What about using barn tin instead of plywood for sheathing? CHEERS!
