Тәжірибелік нұсқаулар және стиль

Blind spots in the disc personality profile. Using DISC identifies you as one of four personality types. This video explains how the other types perceive you in the workplace. It also highlights how you may feel in relation to the other DISC profiles.
A person’s personality is complex, and it is not always possible to know everything about a person. One of the most well-known personality tests is the DISC personality profile. It divides people into four categories: Dominant, Influencer, Steady/Cooperative, and Compliant/Resistant. These categories are based on how people behave in different situations. The DISC test can be useful for understanding how a person might react to certain situations at work or home. However, there are some aspects of DISC that can be misleading if not used correctly.
By the end of the video you will understand how others feel about you, and why you react to others in the way you do. By realising why, it can help to be more empathetic to others behaviour.

ABOUT THE VIDEO:
Each category in the DISC model has its own characteristics and blind spots. The Dominant person is more likely to have a blind spot when it comes to their emotions and their empathy for others. The Influencer person will be more likely to have a blind spot when it comes to their ability to focus on tasks at hand, while the Steady person will have an inability to express themselves verbally or non-verbally. The Compliant person will be less able to take risks or put themselves in uncomfortable situations.
