Yeah, same here. My A/B/C/D scores were 2/3/6/7. (the test works even if you select multiple answers) However, my ex was 7/4/2/0. We had a pretty stereotypical empath-narcissist relationship... and it hurt. Basically, I'd say "I love you!" and they'd say "I love that you love me!", and it took far too long to realize we weren't saying the same thing.

I used to be type C personality, mental cruelty of wife has pushed me towards type D. A journey from being an optimistic to a pessimistic and turning to be a disorganised from a perfectionist. Standing on the threshold where I no longer recognised myself.

I got a tie between C and D, which does sound a lot like me (perfectionist, focus on details, problem solver, people pleaser, sensitive/emotional, shy, compassionate, sincere, love to help others)

My daughter is exactly type B. very discriptive. very social,relax,patient and easy going, friendly and charismatic, easily bored with routine sand always procastinating, love when people around and fun loving.

When I couldn't pick just one, I just grabbed the applicable ones. 4, 4, 5, 5. Proving personality is fluid and dynamic and having set types shouldn't be used as defining characteristics for who someone is.

I'm INTJ and shy person too. Probably it's not related to personality type, it's related to your self-esteem. Your self-esteem can fall because of dynamic imbalances between parents, or insecurities ¯⁠\⁠_⁠(⁠ツ⁠)⁠_⁠/⁠¯ It's not like you can't gain your self-esteem back, It's pretty challenging but anyone can gain it back.

I'm D and you literally described me exept for that friends come to my and cry. I'm not that close to them and I'm the one who sometimes needs to cry in someone's shoulder.

Just a tip when you're doing personality tests: Certain answers don't mean if you're smth then you can't be the other we are all mixture of all those things it's just the matter of what is dominant For instance if you're introverted it doesn't mean you are abseloutely not extroverted it just means introverted traits are maybe more dominant in you so always choose the answers that are more extreme hope it helps!

You are the BEST. I have not been able to identify who I am yet but this video has actually really helped and I am a type D kind of person. In my high school some students who have observed me, have noticed that I am very shy and sometimes alone but when I am with people who are down in the dumps I take my time to listen and understand them and after they tell me what they are going through I don't spill a word. When she said, "you're a perfectionist" my jaw dropped. Never thought a video would tell me straight forward on to what I look at myself as.

What I did was quite a little different from what was offered on the video, on each category I picked every description that fitted me somewhat then, so I ended up with a score of 2A, 3B, 4C, 5D which then you can translate into proportions if you want, but what I did to simplify was picking just the 2 highest ones and you can see I'm dominant D with subdominant C. I think that's quite fitting actually. My MBTI's are INFP, INFJ, INTP and very rarely INTJ. I tend to fluctuate each time I take the test.

I'm an E, basically in between C,D and B. I wrote what i think about my self from the results and changed a bit in the mini essay of my personality so people who are E are in pov : I'm a perfectionist who's a kinda emotional and sensitive, i like being organized and i care about small details, i follow rules and i have a routine that i get easily bored of but can't do anything about. I'm very intelligent and analytical I use those perks in various situations I am a people pleaser to older or close people to me and forget about myself alot, i am very pessimistic sometimes and feel lonely despite the people I'm around with. Those who know me, see me as trusting, observant and not so sincere, I'm not all the times there to help everyone who needs it but i try my best to be helpful

As an intj with type A/C (but a little bit more A) I can say that I absolutely cannot go anywhere without a plan that's at least decent. If I don't have a plan for everything I always worry that things will fall apart and that I'm gonna have to spend days lecturing myself about how bad it is to be disorganized. Rather save myself from all that and just plan everything out

A and D come up a lot, which makes a fair amount of sense.

I got C and D 4 times each which just fits perfectly. I'm a text book peole pleaser and always put other people's needs before mine, yk the typical therapist friend who is always there for their friends but never speaks up about their own issues because they're too socially anxious to do so. Also, I always need everything to be perfect or ideal which makes me set too high expectations for myself which ends up making me very depressed and overly sensitive. So yeah, I'm pretty much a mixture between the two types. Also, did I mention that I am an INFP or was it too obvious?

Idk if its an ISTP trait or smth like that, forgive me i discovered this MBTI stuff few days back so i'm not aware of many things... BUT i think we might be great friends. As a typical 'T' - i love to analyse stuffs and have done the same with my personality and i believe i am a type of person who will be there to comfort u when u feel socially anxious and will take as much care of u as u take care of me (IF i was ur friend) cuz to me its all about equal efforts and total fun. Since my love language is spending time - i will be more than happy to hear u out if u feel depressed or need to cry it all out. I'm sorry if i appear to be praising myself but i have been observing my behaviour patterns and these are my conclusions.

But I will say personality wise I definitely am more leaning towards Type A socially, but however I do like my schedule to be kept how i made it and I like a lot of things to be organized and once I build a routine it's hard for me to get out of it, but I also love being a helper, I am very intelligent and im always available to give advice to friends, meaning I tend to be more leaning towards Type C when I'm not out in public with friends and it's more one on one or smaller groups.That being said I definitely relate more to Type C with the confidenceand pride of Type A, but all my friends and family look to me as a Type A AND C personality. 😃 great video!

I'm extremely competitive, and stubborn, also a perfectionist.. practicing an interest until I get it nailed done pat.. smart, and analytical.. turning the problem around in my head until I find an answer that works.. I'm also a Boomer, born in 1959,... so I don't relate well to the 1st world problems, and drama so many people seem to dwell in. If it's not about food, shelter, and finding a job that let's you provide those and emotional stability to your family? Your wife, your children? Then it's not a real problem.. just a 'want' that's unfulfilled.. so disposable..

I had an equal amount of A and D answers so I'm a mix of both I guess, I do think my biggest weakness is being impatient or hasty as my dad puts it but I still notice all the details, big and small, in people or things, I'm shy around most people but when it comes to games or puzzles I'm extremely and love to test my skills against others, I can somewhat sense what others are feeling and do my best to be there for people, there is a sense of loneliness that has always been with me but it motivates me to try and keep others from feeling lonely. I'm a type D! I feel happy that I'm a type D because I LOVE to help people and be a support for them! I do feel lonely sometimes or I look at things in the bad way, but I kinda know to deal with them! I love your quizzes because they let me discover myself! Thank you! :D

Mainly D’s, but I definitely know I set a high bar for myself and practice being more gracious to others. I also prefer organization and well thought out/planned routines. I try to remain as flexible as I can because I absolutely hate for things to go haywire & I hate drama, gossiping, etc. I don’t intentionally look for conflict (prefer peace, hands down 😆😆) but not afraid to stick up for myself or argue my point. I’m also extremely protective of those who feel “weak” or lack a voice for themselves, even though I suffer a bit with social anxiety..a mixed bag of fruit I am!👍🏽👍🏽😌😅

kind of relate to you but not with the conflict part I like to argue because I am very rational and fair and I really want to influence others into thinking in a better way a good way so I argue to change their point to the better of maybe even change my point just find out new perspectives and help people change theirs and I like to gossip (if its fair, if the person deserves it) so I am basically someone who likes to argue but trying to do that in a nice respectful, helpful way and I dont relate with the routine part I like organization but only when its necessary so I dont really like routines aaaand my comment was completely unnecessary but yeah xD

I am definitely a type D personality lol this was so fun!

Heck this is really accurate! I got 1 more C than D but mostly those and I feel like 90% of the things mentioned fit me and I agree with

Hello to the people on the Psych2go team, and whoever else is reading this. I enjoy your videos and they have helped me a lot, so I am sharing my results and opinion on them with you to give you information that might be helpful in a future video. My results were: b, d, d, d with a aide of c, a, c, and c, which would categorize me into the D personality type, except I feel half D half C. I have taken a Myers Briggs personality test, and I know it is possible for the results to change, but it said I am a INFP, which I do agree with. Something between C and D... I think that fits me pretty well, although there are situations I'm more the pure Type A..... well I guess the human mind is never just one or the other...

Same here, my results tied between C and D but under the right circumstances my type A fully comes out. However I do have a few type A tendencies that I use everyday, presently speaking. According to the myer Briggs personality test I am an INTJ -A and I strongly agree with that.

I’m a mix of B and D It’s hard being a very ambiverted enfp :’) I relate to both b and d bc I’m compassionate and artistic but also chill and procrastinating and talkative (especially around close people)

I got the D personality and yes I think that it does fit me, especially from what other people say about me.

A:4 B:3 C:4 D:2 My two highest were A and C with B trailing. I’m also an ENTP-A. A lot of these personality traits are right on ☺️☺️☺️

I got 3 C's - I'm not a perfectionist and not an organized person. I do like having a routine though. Following a to do list makes getting through the day so much easier in my opinion. It also helps me not to forget things that I want to do during the day. I'm a scatterbrain and I easily forget things if I don't have them written down. I use to be a big people pleaser which caused me a lot of problems. I've been trying to break away from that. I also got 3 Ds - I am definitely a very emotional creature. I tend to keep to myself because of bad experiences with people. I've become quite anti-social, but I prefer it. More time to focus on myself instead of giving everyone else attention. I'm quite pessimistic, but I'm also optimistic with some things too. I think D fits me pretty well. I value honesty and I tend to notice things that others don't. I noticed what horrible people my dad's sisters were. I ended up butting heads with my dad when i told him I wanted nothing to do with his siblings. He said i was fucked up in the head. I didn't talk to him for a long time after that. Then after some time ,he ended up seeing exactly what I was saying when his sisters started being horrible to him. They wanted to run him into the ground. Just because you would do anything for someone, doesn't mean they'll do the same for you; even if they are blood. But nobody listens to me until exactly what I'm talking about ends up happening to them. Then they realize exactly why I'm at odds with those individuals.

I love these things. They're so much fun until it hits too close to home.

But none of the choices to ANY of the questions fit. Perhaps these quizzes are for a particular demographic similar to those found in teen magazines in the 70s.

I'm an ENFP-A and from this test I got an even split of B and C which I think is very accurate. I'm chill, easy-going, calming, charismatic an entertainer and def a procrastinator and type C because I have people pleaser tendencies + perfectionism = overthinking

As someone who types as ENTJ or INTJ for MBTI, I definitely feel resonate with getting the highest score in type A personality and then type C.
