The Queen of Behaviours, Vicky O’Farrell, has spent her entire career helping leaders and teams understand why others DO, SAY and REACT the way they do. She does this by helping people observe human characteristics and personality traits using the DISC personality profile.
When teams understand their own DISC style, and how to best communicate with their colleagues, it improves performance, motivation, and morale. Vicky believes that everyone wants to do their best, regardless of their role in the business, and by using the DISC framework, it can be accomplished quickly and easily.
