Yes Dee; Dimash's vocals are offensive, nasty and obscenely beautiful. We are witnessing a rare human commodity of vocal skill talent and a lifetime mastery of training. Love your energy and passion! I agree when you refer to the silence, He uses silent breaks as just as if they were the quiet before the storm. He hits that E6 high note like a hammer hitting a nail just one time to drive it home!

Welcome to Dimash world! You haven’t seen anything jet!!! This is about 1/3 or so what he can do! It's so fun for us "Dears" (that’s what Dimash calls his fans because he loves us as a dear family) to see how people react to him. P.S Do reactions to different times/versions he does becouse he changes them a bit everytime. Some info about Dimash. He is from Kazakhstan and has been music schooled sense 5 years old and told the teacher that the piano was out of tune! He sings about 6-7 octaves or so! No one knows he is still learning. He sings higher than the piano can go! He also writs and compose own songs, plays bunch of instruments including Dombra there own Kazakh instrument that has a sound you can’t believe! He also sings in about 12 languages and speaks 3 so far. He is born in May 24 1994. Dimash has an excellent education: he graduated from the College of Music with a degree in Opera Singing, university of arts in the specialty "Estrada and jazz vocals", and on June 18, 2020, he completed a master's degree in Composition. He graduated with a degree in opera from the music school at the University of Aktobe (2014), a degree in pop/jazz from the National Arts University in Nur Sultan (2018), just completed his Master's degree in composition (June 2020) and approved to start his PhD. He have done some contests in his life but the one I think got the worlds intension is "The Singer" (Allso called "I am a singer" or "Singer") from China in 2017. The Singer is a program for established Chinese singers to face off against each other invites only in a competition where votes were cast by an audience of 500. Dimash Qudaibergen was a last-minute inclusion (a 'dark horse'). But his performance of 'SOS D'un Terrien En Detresse' electrified the audience, his fellow competitors and the viewers who numbered in the billions (this program was one of the most-watched in China and outside). They also got him the nickname "Imported little brother" the day after the show. They also had to get bodyguard for Dimash do to the famous over night both in China and also the world. Dimash wasn’t really prepared for that. He had come to China at 22 years young man by him self and didn’t know the language. They hade contracted him for 2 shows because they didn’t think he cold go further than that. He didn’t think they would like him. So he was nervous this performers that he had also to start the show with. But they hade to change that do to his famous over night. Dimash got many new friends from this show and he said at some point he learned a lot from it to. Here are the You Tube videos of Dimash's performances in The Singer 2017 and also The Singer 2018 he was invited to perform at the gala show they did. Also from 2019 there "The Super Vocal boys" invited him to sing with them! Episode 1 : 'SOS D'un Terrien En Detresse' (A Soul's Plea For Help) In French. kzread.info/dash/bejne/lXery7yddt2cY9o.html Episode 2 :'Opera 2' in Russian! The best moment in this show was just after Dimash started thanking everyone and saw his father there. He didn’t know he was there. Just after they got out of that room Dimash turns to his father and asks if he did good! When Dimash was gonna go in to the other contestants he again turned to his father and asked him if he done good! That’s the kind of man he is humble, loving and respectful. kzread.info/dash/bejne/moSep7eogMqTkco.html Episode 3 : 'The Show Must Go On' In English You have never heard it like this! kzread.info/dash/bejne/ZIRss9uwo7W4qrQ.html Episode 4 : 'Late Autumn' In Mandarin!!! He learned this song in 1 week in mandarin to thank the warm welcome from the Chinese people. Gloria Wu's channel has back-story on what the song is about. kzread.info/dash/bejne/d5N_rNWHY8qdlaQ.html Episode 5 : 'Uptown Funk' In English. Not his best but I love this song and his attempt on a fast song with lots of energy. kzread.info/dash/bejne/dnaLwayvmtzMiNY.html Episode 6 : 'Adagio' In English and also playing piano kzread.info/dash/bejne/lWSGo7OyqZOef9Y.html Episode 7 : 'Daididau' In Kazakh and some parts in Chinese. He also plays Dumbra. kzread.info/dash/bejne/h5qekqdvhduxkZM.html Episode 8 : 'Daybreak' (Tiān liàng le) In Chinese! This is the one reaction I think you should do from 2 different versions do to following... Gloria Wu's channel has the back-story about the song that is so sad and from a life story about a boy losing his parents in an awful way. Also you get to hear how Dimash sounds like then loosing his voice the day of the show!!! When he went on he didn’t know if he could sing. Looking close at the other contestants they where so worried about him. He lost his voice again after. Li Jian another contestant bought him a very very expensive Chinese medication for him so he could get better soon! kzread.info/dash/bejne/p4x7qJmvl6i_e84.html The other one is from his own show in Bastau the same year. Hear you can see what he can do with the song. Fun to know which you like more. kzread.info/dash/bejne/ZJ-OtqyjfNKqZpc.html Episode 9 : 'All by Myself' In English and you haven’t heard it like this! Wait to the end for some extra fun! kzread.info/dash/bejne/iqNlj9StgMy6YtY.html Episode 10 : 'Unforgettable Day' In Kazakh and I think some translation in Chinese to. If I remember correct he wrote the music to this one when he was 17 or 19 years old and lyrics by Oral Baisengir, who was a poet/lyricist father of a friend of Dimash. Also in this show another contestant "Terry Lin" that was about 51 years young here he considered Dimash a dear friend at this point. But Dimash started telling them al he was his father around episode 9 I think!! That is a big respect and love from his part of the world to call him! Terry was gladly accepting it. They are still that close and also invites each other to there concerts and sometimes singing this song in duet to. They sang it in Jackie Chang movie festival in 2019 and Jackie was choked in how good they were. Terry was known as an alien before Dimash and they have similar vocals to. kzread.info/dash/bejne/iXWslM6Ng6WXgKw.html From the concert in GAKKU you will be stund!! He sings it a bit different to say the least!!! Would be fun see what you think of that one too. Episode 11 : (did not participate) He was already a finalist. Episode 12 : 'Confessa & The Diva Dance Confessa in Mandarin/Italian and the Diva dance come from the movie 5th element!!! If you haven’t heard of that one it’s done in a computer because it was too hard for a human to sing!! Well not now when we have Dimash! kzread.info/dash/bejne/m46NqctsZpveoLA.html Later in his own shows he sings it a bit different to. I think one is from the Bastau concert. His consorts are about 2, 5-3 hours long and I think he did this song towards the end of it. Episode 13 : 'Tribute to MJ' several songs in English and also playing Drums and a singing partner to also some children that sings a bit. kzread.info/dash/bejne/nYiFrI-cj73HZ9Y.html He didn’t win the completion they say its because he wasn’t Chinese. But I don’t know if that’s right or not! They change the rules next year. But he got the most out of it and was most known after this. Got lots of awards and other things to. So he won the audience and the Chinese people. Episode 14 Gala for raising money to the environment: 'Give Me Love' In Kazakh. kzread.info/dash/bejne/ZXVlttxtaLabqKg.html The singer 2018 gala "Hello"- Lionel Richie Wait to the end to hear something fun and different! kzread.info/dash/bejne/gp9hmKyTppjRerw.html I am a singer 2019 Dimash sings with The Super vocal boys - Queen Medley vk.com/video-181499113_456239085 Well here is the start of his carrier and he still is learning his voice. If you go from this you see how good he was and also later how good he have become. He has done so much and also done songs for movies and games and much more. Its gonna be fun see what you’re reacting to next Welcome to Dimahs train ride we al are in!! He keeps surprising us al and also get us crying and have fun be friendly and protecting towards him.

FINALLY! You are one of my favorite reactors on YT and I have been impatiently monitoring your channel for a Dimash reaction ever since I discovered him a little over a month ago. I even posted a Dimash request on your Community tab a while back. I only recently discovered Dimash after ignoring him in my KZread recommendations for over a year. I figured he was just the latest pop "sensation" and I generally do not listen to that genre of music. I am almost embarrassed to admit that I have since watched hours upon hours of reactions to his various performances. I mostly watch reactions from professional vocal coaches, many with backgrounds in Opera. I came across your channel, and like you, I am absolutely amazed by his incredible talent, ability, vocal range and dynamics, his delivery, as well as his stage presence. You have barely even begun to scratch the surface of his talent and vocal ability. I am looking forward to your next reaction. By the way, some Dimash fans are almost cultic to the point of fanaticism and they get outright defensive and combative over any perceived criticism of their "object of worship." I am simply an admirer of good music and talent, regardless of genre, and do not count myself among the Dimash fanatics, but I am utterly amazed by him. From what I gathered, Dimash is from a very musical family and started singing and piano lessons at the age of five when he was found to have perfect pitch. He is university-educated with degrees in classical/opera, contemporary music, pop, and jazz with a major in vocal. He also completed a Broadway musical master’s class and has recently completed his Master's with a concentration in Composition; his thesis was titled: "Personal Image of Traditional Music". He graduated with Honours, achieving a perfect score of 100%. He is currently working towards his Ph.D. as he wants to teach music after his singing career. Dimash has diligently honed his craft and developed his God-given gift for more than 20 years now and it shows. I read somewhere that Dimash used to swim 3 hours every day to increase his lung capacity. It's not just raw natural talent but tremendous work, dedication, and discipline to achieve this level of performance. He has won many prestigious singing competitions and is a much-loved national treasure in his native Kazakhstan. He was even offered a place with the Astana Opera in Kazakhstan but turned it down to follow his own path and he has been very successful thus far. He sings in 12 different languages, speaks fluent Kazakh and Russian, is getting pretty good with English but is still studying it along with Mandarin which he says is a very hard language to learn. Dimash also plays six instruments; the piano, dombra, guitar, xylophone, cello, and drums. During his live concerts, he usually performs for more than two hours and treats his audience to an eclectic mix of styles. His range is about 7 octaves now and spans across all five registers from a rich bass-baritone through to an extremely high soprano and whistle tone, and he seems to effortlessly navigate them, often within a single breath. He has even hit a D8 for 5 seconds with vibrato, the highest note ever performed during a live performance. It has been recognized that his high notes are usually not whistle, but head voice, Dimash rarely uses his whistle register but when he does it’s spectacular. However, Dimash is dismissive and says it's not how big your range is but what you do with it.

The announcer is saying Dimash is from Kazakhstan, the Slavaic Bazaar he is performing at is in Belarusa. I like you notice his pausing. He is very patient, some songs he waits 5-6 seconds before starting to sing, enough time to scoot a little closer to the edge of your seat.

Congratulations on your reaction, Dimash is a very humble and simple boy, for what i have read and seen he highly appreciates his roots and exposes them when he can in his presentations. He is very respectful of everyone and kind. He was competing in The World´s Best in 2019 but he retired. This caused annoyance in Rupaul but Dimash was more concerned with leaving the little ones that competed with him frustrated and seeing the level and quality that he has, he would very likely have won. By the way the prize was of 1,000,000.00 dollars.

Dee, thanks for a very entertaining reaction, and welcome to Dimash World. You are now a Dear (as Dimash refers to us). Given how perceptive you are to this music, I almost hesitate to tell you about the lyrics, but PLEASE find the time to listen to these songs with subtitles when you can. As someone else already mentioned, there are multiple versions of many Dimash songs running around loose, so don't sweat one not having subtitles, but DO eventually find the ones that do. This song, for instance, SOS, is profoundly meaningful, not just in its musicality via Dimash, but in its lyrical meaning, as well. All that said, buckle up and enjoy the ride. You will be slain over and over and over and over and over. I've been watching Dimash reactions for several years running now, and I'm still being slain. He is the best voice on Earth. Cheers.

Dimash is never in a box. He does so many genres, so many levels of outstanding that he is easily the best in the world. While humble and appreciative, he is not soft and shows incredible integrity and strength of character we do not often see. He does not mind telling the media when something is only his business, walking away from a sure million dollars when the choice was to compete against children which is against his culture. Oh, and he is immensely proud of his country and has brought his country into the light, creating a desire for many to travel there. You have just scratched the tip of the iceberg with Dimash. Wait until you see Sinful Passion and then maybe his new MV where he sings in English, raps in Kazakh. He will also take you around the world by singing in a host of languages. Welcome to Dimash.

So glad you eventually got to hear Dimash and his spectacular voice! (This is from 2018 and he’s singing at the Slavic Bazaar in Vitebsk, Belorus, having been invited back as a guest after winning there in 2015.) He has a huge range of songs in multiple genres, from opera to folk, rock to pop etc. - but more than that, he is a master at putting the emotion of a song across; he’s not just technically brilliant ... Next - to enjoy his stage presence - you could try ‘Opera 2’ from the Chinese tv contest Singer 2017, where he first became known worldwide: kzread.info/dash/bejne/dISMttWNopeop6g.html (please watch to the very end for a touching moment), or, for emotional performances, try ‘Autumn Strong’ aka ‘Late Autumn’ from the same show, or ‘Samaltau’ from the Tokyo Jazz Festival livestream, recorded on his birthday in 2020 (i.e., exactly one year ago today!): kzread.info/dash/bejne/h6qBtM2iidiZetY.html P.S. Dimash’s mother tongue is Kazakh, but he’s also fluent in Russian - his country’s second official language. In addition, he speaks rapidly-improving English with a charming accent (fans - known as Dears - affectionately say he speaks ‘Dinglish’!)

Dee, don't worry at all, the pausing and rewinding is COMPLETELY EXPECTED by fans who watch reaction videos for Dimash's vocals. You're just fine. :) I thought you did great here, you didn't completely lose your mind like I thought you might. So, from here on, Dimash seems to be able to shock and amaze every time you hear him sing, he is is always doing something you would not expect and he is always World-Class while he is at it. He crosses multiple genre boundaries and does it in multiple languages. Absolutely amazing. All of the positive words anybody could use to express a feeling about his talent and learned skill, there just are not enough words. This guy is the best (imho). There are people who have mentioned "Oh, I don't know if he's really THE BEST..." but when confronted, they certainly cannot name anybody who can do what Dimash does, either equal or better. And nobody has stepped forward and said "I can do all of that and more". So the title stands and it belongs to Dimash for the foreseeable future. Anything you find on the internet with Dimash's name on it, it's reaction-worthy. Luv ya!

For those who love Dimash, another must see singer is Zhou Shen from China. Because of his small stature, feminine disposition and voice, he was often bullied in school. Never thinking that he had what it takes to be a singer, he went tot he Ukraine to become a dentist. While there, he was convinced that he did have a great singing ability, thus transferred his major to music. Thank goodness he did. As an introduction into Zhou "Charlie" Shen, begin with his premiere performance on the Voice of China singing HuanYan. After this first video, move on to his versions of "Memory", and/or "Time to Say Goodbye". To see his versatility to genres, have fun watching him in "Ring the Doorbell", and the ever so much fun song, "Da La Beng Ba" where he sings in five voices and a haunting "Ring the Doorbell". For something different from him, watch his version of "Let It Go" where he sings in 5 (?) languages. and his version of "Monsters".

Greetings to the owner and guests of this channel…! ARTIST FACTS: DIMASH KUDAIBERGEN is a Kazakh singer, songwriter, & multi-instrumentalist. Born in Aktobe Kazakhstan, Central Asia: May 24, 1994. He was trained in classical & contemporary music, and is well known for his exceptional widest vocal range. I still browse the music videos of Dimash from time to time to see what still store in there. I’m just wondering how much effort and strength Dimash had invested into it, to reach such a powerful voice and the many other talents that he had. Indeed it is really a great work. How he was able to develop such a heights of his talents is really admirable and worth learning and imitating. And it is much more beautiful because he sang it by heart, naturally and at his heart’s content with joyful disposition. The discipline, dedication and high ideals in pursuing his career the best he can is worth imitating not only in our individual professional fields but also in living out our day to day life. His hard work for years is indeed bearing good fruits in abundance. And so my heartfelt congratulations to Dimash and his family and all others who supported him all the way through as a musician. For me as a public listener it counts a lot the personal disposition of the artist and the good content and message of its music. The fact that, he is able to sing his music at maximum or more than 6 octaves with ease and comfort in different languages and in various voices is really amazing. But some others also cannot handle and cannot even believe the power, the strength and the heights of his voice…and they said Ooh… is Dimash human..? Alien..? Etc, I think It’s just a natural reaction that people wonder and be surprise by it or cannot even believed it at all, it’s because it is beyond human expectation. I believed that Dimash 21 year’s cultivation of his voice and talents is no tricks and no magic at all; though he is gifted by God with grace for music but his years of hard work of practice and experiences proved it to us and to the world … that indeed it is possible. My other concern whenever I listen to music is that, I usually ask: WHAT MESSAGE THIS MUSIC BRINGS ..? TO THE WORLD..? TO PEOPLE..? Although Dimash music are very good, full of content and meaning but I like most this music, because for me it speaks a message of truth, values and realities of human life. I feel that, it is not just enough to give my thumbs up to like this music, but I’m deeply moved to share something more about the richness and deeper meaning of it. With due respect to the composers, writers and singers of these music for whatever their purpose and intention would be, will always take precedence. The thoughts that I will be sharing below is only the fruits of my personal reflections based on the things that I highly valued and on how I perceived it myself and the message of this song that reaches out to me. I like this music because it reminds me the Truth, Realities and Precariousness of Human Life particularly Suffering and Death) SONG FACTS: The song is from French Rock Opera called Starmania. Originally it was sung by Daniel Balavoine who had a sudden death in a helicopter accident in 1986, who is known of his beautiful voice. Later, it was covered by Gregory Lemarchal, a young French singer who inspired Dimash to sing “SOS d'un terrien en detresse” who at all odds won the 4th series Reality TV Program Star Academy, despite his failing health and became an overnight success in France but had a shorter career, for he died young with his unusual illness of Cystic Fibrosis in 2007 at the age of 23. Recently it was unbelievably covered by Dimash and from time to time Dimash sung it in memory of his great friend Denis Ten an Olympic figure skater from Kazakhstan who was stabbed after a dispute with people who allegedly tried to steal a mirror from his car in his home city of Almaty. He died of massive blood loss from multiple wounds at the age of 25 in 2018. The song has sad lyrics: “a soul’s plea for help or an earthly being in distress” because it is a human being who is in anguish searching for the absolute. MY THOUGHTS AND OPINION OF THIS SONG (REF CCC): Suffering and death is one of the realities of human life. It is important that we should know the basic truth about it, so that it will not cause us fear and distress in our human life’s , but rather to remind us all of our ultimate destiny as people of faith. For me, there are 3 kinds of suffering we experienced in life: 1st suffering that God allows, 2nd suffering which is the results of our own choices and decisions and 3rd is the suffering which is cause by other people to us. In whatever forms of suffering we are experiencing, know that, if it is discerned well it will gain us eternal merit. Note that, it is not important how much and how long we suffer, or who cause us to suffer, but how is our attitude towards it when it comes into our life…? All of these three can be an opportunity of grace that we will grow in virtue, when we accept it with humility, discernment and faith in God. Our usual human tendency is, if we can, we try to avoid any kind of pain and suffering in our life. However we can’t deny also that life is mixed up of many learning experiences both in joys and in difficulties and I supposed we need it both, because it contributes and helps us mature and grow over time in many aspects of life. Suffering and death may seem contrary to our own human thinking or world’s way of thinking but in it, there’s a certain wisdom which is richer and deeper that no one can fully understand. Suffering reminds us the real fact that we are all fragile human beings; that we are limited and we are not God. Sufferings are human reality and consequences of sin that affects us all. It helps us see the real worth and value of things and meaning in life. It sharpens our awareness that this earth is not our permanent and true home. We should remember that we are only strangers and pilgrims on this earth”. Suffering purifies and refines us of any life’s superficiality into an authentic one. Though no one really is actively searching for suffering in his / her life, but honestly truth compels us to admit that sufferings do have a great value in our life and by experiencing it personally in reality, you will never be the same person. But through the original sin that enters human lives, our nature has been wounded, and is now subject to suffering and death. Death for us is a frightening mystery because we are being stripped off of all our attachments to this world; our body lies corrupt; our immortal soul goes to meet the Lord. We will see the whole truth of our lives. Death creates in us a feelings of fear, separation, sadness and pain. Many times we evade this reality and we try to question and even argue with God why…? But all our efforts failed because whether we like it or not at the end, we all die. Death comes in our life anytime anywhere. No material things, good health, young age can guarantee of its extension. The truth is… in front of death we are all poor and powerless. If this life were the only one we had, death would definitely be the great tragedy. Death is such a peaceful, joyful event in our life, if we die reconciled with God and at peace with others as well. Death is unknown to all of us, therefore, it is best that we should prepare at all times. Like most people in Kazakhstan, Dimash is fluent in Kazakh and Russian, since it was a Soviet Union member up until the break up in the early 1990's.

And you ain't seen nothing yet! He is considered the greatest singer in the world. Turned 27 day before yesterday. Classically trained since age 5. Tall at 6'3". Like most people from Kazakhstan, he is Eurasian and Muslim. He is also a male model, swimmer, Taekwondo red belt.(friend of Jackie Chan. Horse back rider, arranger, director, producer....Has his masters degree in music composition and intends to begin his Doctorate ASAP. His range is over 6 octaves and he continues to expand it. You will hear him singing Opera, Michael Jackson, Kazak folk songs and pretty many genera. He is fluent in Kazak and Russian and sings in many other languages. He is still struggling in English. When people request a song of his, make sure you are choosing the one with the most views but who really cares. He hits the ball out of the park no matter what he sings.

Dimash is seen as THE best singer in the world by millions of his fans called "dears". If you would like to be taken on a journey with Dimash, may I recommend you react to the videos in the following order: 1) SOS (Great intro to Dimash's vocals) 2) Sinful Passion (expands on the intro to his vocal range) 3) Adagio (Highlights his stage presence and passion with a song) 4) Olympico (Displays his operatic high and low registers with power) 5) Opera 2 (Dimash having fun with his high ranges) 6) Show must go on (Shows how he makes existing famous songs his own) 7) Qairan Elim (His first video director position). You will find every song is unique and special. Many people will recommend other songs outside of my list. I feel that a new Dimash fan should get through this listing, so they can better appreciate his other songs. But, there is no correct order to go in. I also recommend that you take a look at this extensive Wikipedia listing to get to know more about the man behind the microphone. Two words to describe Dimash off-stage: humble and shy. Seems strange with his world fame and fortune, but he has not let the bright lights and fandom poison him. Come get Dimashified. You will not regret it.
