I like the details, practical uses in the videos, it makes for an easy watch and is informative, well done! Love the Supreme 2s

My son was given the Supreme 2s pro and a Nexus 2N Pro by Weiss and Patrick of the Flyers. Being R handed myself, I tested both them. I favoured the Nexus. It just felt lighter than the supreme. The blade also felt different. The Nexus was a lot softer on receiving a pass. Almost don’t feel it. The release is really easy to control and almost effortless. The flex is 95 and it’s about 70” tall. Too long for me but I’ll never cut it being they’re game used and handed to him. We also have Voracek and Grossmans sticks. I know these are custom, but the difference is really noticeable and I am in love with the Nexus 2N stick. I’ll be getting a “civilian” stick ASAP. I’m glad to have the different styles of stick available to test. I have my own Vapor X lite 70 flex(really snaps the puck off the stick in stride like he said) but I’ll still use the the other for all around play. I’d recommend the Nexus 2N.

I have all of them and the vapor and supreme are definitely extremes, nexus is really good at everything. Every stick can do all types of shots but go with vapor or supreme to really emphasize their respective strengths

I’ve used the 1X Lite, 2N Pro, 2S Pro, Trigger 3D, jetspeed, and AS1. I have to say I’ve liked all of them, but my favorites are the trigger and jetspeed

Ccm supertacks 2.0 is the only stick I'll ever use for now on unless they stop making it. Perfect midkick

Before buying a stick test it out the feel of the shot coming off is critical I’m a defenceman I have the hardest shot on my team by far and I’m always getting set up for one timers but I use the 1x lite because I dislike the feeling of the stick flexing in my hands make sure you like the feeling of the shot coming off the stick before you spent $350 on these sticks

I’ve changed my play style over the years as I brought my speed up. I used to be a heavy player taking clappers so I bought a supreme and stuck with it all my life, now I have one and I can’t get the best out of it since I lost weight. I’m a versatile player so I need a nexus stick, but I’m stuck with the supreme because I don’t have the money for a new one 💀

What flex would you recommend for the nexus and curve for it

I do disagree that kick points relate to play style. Rather I think it comes down to preference and feel. For example, Ovechkin with the best one timer slap shots in the league uses a low kick and McDavid who is known for stick handling, quick shots, and never taking slap shots uses mid-high kick.

So are you saying On the Bauer Vaper 1x lite close range and quick shots

I’ve had two Bauer vapours 1x never had a light that’s what I wanted but then I learned more about the sticks and got a nexus 2n pro

Thinking about upgrading from the RBZ Revolution to the Bauer 2N Pro. I generally like to shoot from top of the circles. I mostly take normal wrist shots opposed to snap shots, occasionally slap shots but I’m a forward. Good decision, any feedback?

Do they really incorporate the different kicks into the youth and intermediate sticks? Or are they just the same stick but different wraps on them? My son has the 1x lite and the 2n and they both feel pretty much the same.

Always used Vapor, looks like I'll try Supreme next for all my slappers. Wonder how much faster the Radar will pick up. (Video idea for you :P )

What curve are you using?

I'm about to buy a pair of CCM Ripcore 50k Elite Seniors. Wanted to know what size I'd have to get for them if my UK shoe size is 9 (EU 43). There are so many charts out there and they suggest between 8 or 8.5. I don't have access to a store selling these skates to try them on first. Also second question, should one bake these?

Im a stickhandler too and i have the Nexus 2N pro and i love it. i used to have a 1X lite but the Nexus works better for me. I feel like im very connected to the puck. Because the Nexus is the allrounder, you can take good snappers and slappers especially when you adjust the Flex to your Body weight

i don’t know if anyone will see this, but i’m in the market for a new stick. i’m an offensive defensemen playing AA U16 hockey, and i’m torn between a low kick and a hybrid kick. i primarily take snapshots and wrist shots. which kick point would be best for me? i also don’t know if this will help, but i’m an intermediate, weighing in at about 105 pounds, and am on a budget of under $180 USD.

No Name stick review

Hi Chris, I can't decide which stick to buy between the 1X Lite and the CCM Jetspeed. I'm a winger who likes to shoot snappers off the toe and stickhandle/deke round the D. I like the low kick of a vapor stick and its the lightest on the market, and I used to have an X:60 which I absolutely loved back in the day. I also used to have a CCM RBZ 370 (the speedburner line) which i quite liked, and CCM make my favourite curve which I find best to shoot, pass and stickhandle with, the P19. The price difference doesn't really bother me as I just want results, so do I go 77 flex P92 1X Lite, or 75 flex P19 Jetspeed?

I use Nexus Team Sticks , best stick I have ever used durable and the shot quality is spot on I found the Vapor too flimsy using this nexus line has allowed me to go a flex lower and really sling shot the puck on any style of shot without fear of it breaking I’m a Offensive defensemen and this stick is perfect 👌🏽 nexus all the way as for skates can’t beat the supreme feel and I have worn all 3 types

I had a Bauer Nexus 2n pro, but it broke, and I might try a Bauer Vaper 1x Lite

Try Vertx or bison hockey sticks for more affordable sticks. These would be more in your price range. I bought at vertx stick a couple of months ago and I am very happy with it.

I have had a nexus 1n supreme 1s and 1x lite and all of them broke where the blade and shaft meets

So I’m a center for high school varsity I’ve been using the 1x lite for the past year and a half maybe but the one I was using started breaking so should I buy the 2s because the 1x I wasn’t scoring much cause my shot didn’t have enough power? Btw I tried the 2n I don’t like it. What would you recommend I do, get a 1x with a higher flex or try the 2s

Was2Dog I just got the 2s and the power of shots are insane but as a defender I rarely take any other shots but slapshots so I think for you a 1x with a higher flex would be better if you play center

I liked my 1N, the 2N and the others only seem to come with the grip coating on the shaft, along with pretty much every other manufacturer now... I'm on to All Black Hockey Sticks now, since they still offer a non-grip finish... saves me $200 per stick, but it is a bit heavier... I fear one day I'm going to just have to get used to the grip finish, but I hate it

Tim Day i hate the grip, too. Consider going back to older generation sticks. They‘re also much cheaper. I loved my Nexus, but when it broke, a friend of mine borrowed me his Warrior Dynasty. Since then I Never used another stick again, and with around 100€ they are also quite cheap (for german conditions) SFBE, greetings from Germany!
