Not sure if you know this and not clear from the video but there is a bleed valve. If you go to 07:30 into the video on the lid of the filter housing hidden by the white top of the bulb. there is a knurled nut. If you undo this prior to pumping you will clear out all the air. You pump until all the air is out and diesel starts to come out.

Hi mate ,can you help ,should there be an O ring on the fuel in and fuel out quik connections on the filter or just the fuel out connection ? I'm getting lots of air bubbles down to the high pressure pump ,thanks George

warum machst du den becher nicht sauber? warum entlüftest du nicht den filter mit der entlüfterschraube? der decken wird mit 7nm max angezogen, steht auf dem deckel.

First time doing anything like this myself. Feel pretty confident after watching the video. Does the new o ring come with the filter?

Its easier to prime if you open the finger bleed valve on top of the filter when squeezing the priming bulb.\you can see the nipple for the push on bleed pipe in the video (or just use a rag) but a short piece of clear hose will show u when all the air is expelled.
