Today we're taking a look at the new Arctic Liquid Freezer III 360 A-RGB. Is this the best AIO liquid cooler you can buy right now?
In fact, many report of not only outstanding cooling performance, but also a price that is hard to say no to. At least over here in Europe.
How well does the Liquid Freezer III compare to its predecessor, the Liquid Freezer II? Also in terms of noise levels and overall setup.
And what about the installation and mounting hardware on both Intel and AMD systems? Some users report minor to even more severe complications. So what are my experiences with that?
Right off the bat I will let you know - Arctic have certainly improved quite a few aspects over their previous series with this Liquid Freezer III, but there aren't just advantages and improvements over the Liquid Freezer II. Here and there we sadly also have to witness drawbacks.

Do you like the new look Arctic went with for their Liquid Freezer III? Or did you prefer the aesthetics of the predecessor? 😅😁 What's your take on the cooling performance and noise levels? 🤔

I prefer the new look, as the old design looked cheap and toy-ish. Still using the LF-II, because its performance has never left me wishing to "upgrade." It's a tiny bit disappointing to see that performance is unchanged, and even though I know there have been tweaks to the pump and radiator designs, the main change appears to be esthetic (and that's fine). I am curious if the new design benefited Intel CPUs over the older design; the LF series is legendary on AM4 and AM5, but seems to fall down a bit on Intel.

I got mine when it was on sale for under $80. It's my first AIO as I never really needed liquid cooling before.

I've got a Liquid Freezer 1 240mm and it lasted me for 8years and it still works. If this generation of the Freezer is any bit as reliable it's amazing.

Wow, that's a long time. I still have my 240mm version of the first version of the Liquid Freezer somewhere in my studio. Haha! :D

The mounting bracket is a pain in the ass for AM4/5.

No problems for me, but I'm slowly suspecting they fixed something with later batches. :o

I have 240mm LF3 , mounting on amd is really irritating [ good thing that you don't have to do this many times ] but performance is very good and fans are really quiet .

@@Nicolas11x12English it's just that i've didn't really like the way that you said that like : "some users reported" Sounds like : "while me as a reviewer don't have any issues" Anyway this AIO is not recommended, pump was noisy above 40%~ while the CR240 from EK doesn't have any issues and perform slightly better on Intel.
