The Palace at Auburn Hills was the place to be.

Best announcer ever in pro sports hands down. The six threeeee, Chaunceyyyy, B-B-B-B-Billups! Richard, Rip... HAAAAAMILTON! Is the world ready to seeeee? the Sheeed, Rasheeed... WALLACE! Have you met the prince? This is Tayshauuuuuun... PRINCEEE! B-B-B-B-BEN... W-W-WALLACEEE! When I was 10 years old it was year 2003 and I started watching basketball then for the first time and this piston team was my first favorite sport team. I have so many memories with their intros, john mason is so sick

This was and STILL is the BEST Piston team, EVER! They brought back the original BAD BOYS image!!!! I miss this team. When any of them left and went to other teams, it didn't work out because DETROIT was their home! Chauncey B-B-B-B- Billups, Rip Hamilton, Rasheed Wallace, Tayshaun Prince, and Ben Wallace (Bell Ringing)....LOVE Ya'!!!

I so remember this very well. This team was fun to watch. Even though they only came up with one title, they played the best baaketball on court. Things were tough back in the days though. Duncan, Parker and Manu had it going. Shaq moved To Miami and Wade was young. Steve Nash was like the God of the assists! Kobe was leading the Lakers all by himself. Good times

What pissed me off about this was... The Pistons were 64-18, Best record in the NBA, 4 of the 5 men in the starting lineup including the Coach were in the NBA All Star Game, men on a mission to avenge their NBA Finals Gm 7 loss to the Spurs, and lost to Dwyane Wade & the Miami Heat in 6 games. We were like the MLB's Atlanta Braves of the 1990s.. So much regular season success but only 1 championship ring to show for it.

Edward Richardson Yeah but it was an exciting time to be a Pistons fan. So many great memories. Even when it all came crashing down it did so in colossal fashion in that epic brawl.
