you guys need to really start doing your homework, many importat parts in the [ast get swept under the rug, glad I witness them, I remember old shaq and younger lebron dominating 2010 thunder with kd, russ, harden, part of the reason why people think if kobe and shaq was put in our era, they would obliterate everyone, where do you think they got that idea from? do your homework guys

It hurts a bit watching some of this "old" game. Sheed barely got the ball on the other end, AI and Stuckey were just doing their own thing with McDyess getting a layup. I know they were older players but still, Joe Smith getting more touches and J's than Sheed is a choice. Those bigs who could shoot would be thriving so much in this era. The lack of player movement is weird too, lack of ball movement I kinda get because of the point guards for both teams. Just wild this was barely 14 years ago, cool time warp though.

Little known fact, Allen Iverson was very close of being traded from Denver to Miami instead of Detroit in 2008. Had this happened you would've seen Iverson team up with peak D Wade and rookie Michael Beasley and veteran Jermaine O'Neal. Iverson was still good for 18 ppg that season so you know that team could've done damage

I don’t realize how much the game has changed since then. Offenses were slower but that’s because they were setting up and running plays to find easy shots. Now everyone just wants to shoot 3s. I don’t think the game grew or evolved, it got worse imo. Seeing 60 3pt attempts in a game is not fun to watch.

look at those men working hard in the post to get those 2 points. those were the real days and they were the real men. In late 2000s, I was around 10 living overseas but I had the motivation to wake up in the middle of the night to watch Kobe, Garnett, AI, T-Mac and Shaq. Now I know for sure I don't wake up to see Jokic's slow-mo 3s. pretty sad what NBA has come to.

how does the NBA players today are simply better? bec. they shoot more threes? lol. Defense leads to poor shooting In case you didn't know, unlike today you barely see defense, see that DPOY Gobert. lol. cANT man Edwards, Tyrese Haliburton, Brunson, Ingram, Banchero these players leads their teams to playoffs, but if they are better than previous players how come they failed against team germany led by schroeder and wagners? at worlcup '23. and failed again against SGA led Canada with D. Brooks best player.? bronze medal match haha. Hell, these new players can't even get a bronze medal for team USA.
