If i could have a theme tune to my childhood it would be this wondeful piece of music. It still, to this day, makes me want to run, as I did 50 years ago as a child albeit not as fast or as graceful.😏 So grateful for you sharing this great video of you enertaining the horses. ❤ Thank you for sharing your wondeful taent with us. 🎉

Horses are naturally curious by nature which is why they came over. I'm more surprised they didn't run thereafter but it would seem that they might be used to it.

I've still got my polydor viynl of this tune it's absolutely amazing

Simply the best. The arrangement the beat of the kettle drums. Backing singers... Were they the Ladybirds? Up there with Mission Impossible (tv) Hawaii five-0 and The Professionals. Thank you Denis.

Galloping Home the theme music to The Adventures Of Black Beauty remains one of the most moving pieces of music I have ever heard (and I've not heard that many!). I still have a vinyl record with the Black Beauty theme music on it which I bought many years ago. Thank you so much Mr King for a perfect piece of music.

I am in fact terrified of horses.

I think playing music to a herd of cows in a field gives a better result, the horses are more interested in grass than music. Lovely tune though... with memories of children's TV when wholesome TV programmes were still made with love
