December 10, 2021 Tornado Outbreak - St. Louis Tornadoes

One of the strongest, deadliest, and most destructive tornadoes outbreak in December. This outbreak spread through from the northern plains down to the southern parts of the United States producing damaging winds, hail, tornadoes. This outbreak was also responsible for a record breaking 4 state tornado, (Quad-State Tornado), that would sweep through starting in Arkansas, Missouri, Tennessee, then finishing in Kentucky. That tornado would hit a city in Kentucky, Mayfield, where it would produce EF-4 damage. That tornado would also claim the lives of over 60 people. In this video, shot in Florissant Missouri, a suburb of St. Louis Missouri. The St. Louis metropolitan area would also experience tornadoes ranging from EF-1 to EF-3. One would go through the small suburb of Defiance in St. Charles county. That tornado would eventually come directly over my house with powerful RFD winds in the 60 to 70mph range causing minor branch damage. On the southern edge of this complex of storms was another embedded supercell that would then produce an EF-3 tornado hitting the Amazon warehouse in the suburb of Edwardsville NE of St. Louis Missouri. That would claim the lives of 6 people. Overall this outbreak claimed the lives of over 70 people making it one of the deadliest tornado outbreaks in December. R.I.P. to all of the people lost from this historical weather event. ❤

One of my best friends, he lost his home completely to this storm. He lived in Defiance, MO. Right before the tornado passed the Weldon Springs NWS office, the tornado reached EF-3 strength along HWY F right after Augusta, MO and BARRELED through Defiance. His neighbor was sadly killed because of this storm. She was an elderly lady that could not get down the stairs in time before the tornado hit (testimony of her husband to Fox 2). It was absolutely insane to watch someone so close to me go through a complete loss. My heart goes out to anyone that is ever effected by these storms. To those wondering, my friend and his wife now have completely rebuilt their home, and are living happy now, but they tell me, that it is something that will haunt them forever.
This is crazy man. I hope people learn on how to take shelter Immediately. That 2013 video was really crazy.

I remember this tornado outbreak. It started in southwestern KY, went through some parts of AR, IL, and finished in IN. Two years later, another one would happen in TN. 21:29

You should watch Ryan Hall Y'all, if u don't already. Like us, he was glued to the Weather Channel when he was a kid. He didn't become a Meteorologist, but he's a major weather enthusiast, and he gives awesome reports. Him and Reed Timmer both predicted this storm about 4 or 5 days before it happened.

Tornado in December?
That is awfully scary. I had a few friends who dealt with the tornado blow through their places. I’m honestly glad all of you are okay and not hurt. Rest In Peace to all of those lives who were taken away from the tornado.

This is my O FALLON 😂 so basically me and my mom were sitting together till the sirens went off so me and the dogs rushed to the basement but I went up when the sirens went off and went outside to go spotting AND THEN I SAW IT SOUTH OF OUR HOUSE it was scary EF3 so I went inside and I wasn’t even in the basement I was chilling there eating like normal. Certified Missourian 👍

The most hardest hit place was Mayfield KY

We had tornadoes here but they have missed us but I have been thought that a alot
