As a Liverpool fan it’s got to be Sir Alex. 27 Trophies in his time at least 3 major rebuilds and with players that cost significantly less than today’s players. And continued that success against an incredibly strong Arsenal team when the Premier league commenced. Pep is probably the best on a world wide level given his successes on his many travels.

Sir Alex is miles ahead of pep. Man City bought their titles and have 115 FFP cases investigations. Fergy did it with a youth team that he brought through the ranks and built it from the ground up. Pep has only ever achieved with ready made teams. Put Pep in charge of Luton and if they win anything within 5 years then hes the greatest. 😅
