@@colt2128 Yes any Chelsea fan older than 20 who does not respect Mourinho, I simply struggle to respect. We've won 3 league titles in our history and he's won 6 of them. Every trophy up until 2012 had his fingerprints all over it. Also Terry, Lampard and Drogba are arguably the three biggest legends at Chelsea (at least 3 of the top 6) and he made all of them who they were.

Hear me out for one thing - He is not the arrogant one, he is not the selfish one, he is always speaking his mind and that is what bothered the Manchester United board. They didn't want someone else but themselves to give directions and what to and what not to do. He didn't get sacked because he was not doing his job well, he got sacked because he was speaking freely of how to improve the team and the staff overall but nobody was there to listen.
