    The most disturbing part about the snakes death is how the rats are just smiling the whole time. Pure evil

  • @Helpertin

    @Helpertin

    Жыл бұрын

    Not from their perspective. They are locked in a daily struggle where their lives are cheap and death is a constant reality as they live their tiny creature lives full of all of it's perils, one of which is being hunted and then killed and eaten by predators such as the snake. If you had creatures as large or larger then yourself trying to hunt, kill and eat you everyday of your life as you struggle to find food and shelter enough to sustain your little rat body long enough to find safe places to rest... then you would smile in glee as you watch the snake die.

    Fox & Vixen's boy leaving the sanctuary because of how his father treated him, then whilst living on the outskirts of a human town finding a mate of his own, swallowing his pride and returning back to the sanctuary so that she & his and her children can grow up in a safe place, only to suffer setback, injury and illness throughout the journey and then to pass out on the verge of death just before he reaches the sanctuary only to regain consciousness momentarily for his father to say him to '... you're the bravest fox I've ever met. I'm proud of you.' Unable to even respond he lifted his head lightly, smiles, and then dies there in front of his parents... Leaving his beloved alone and his children fatherless... I was 9 when I saw that... 9...

    Why are people freaking out over this.First is not a movie,it was a TV show that lasted 39 episodes over 3 seasons based on a book made in the 70s.Each episode was 30mins so that is almost 20 hours long. You just watched 6 minutes of the show.If you condensed every death scene in disney it would look horrible for kids too.Also it was made in early 90s so there wasn't as much censorship.Remember He man, Biker Mice even Captain Planet had a death scene of someone who had overdosed on drugs, yes look it up. Having death in animated shows has proven to be good for kids,as it is a good way to introduce them to death without actually giving them any long term mental health problems.Because it is animated it allows them to separate it from real life,but still gives them an insight to what death is and how it works,without the trauma of it being a personal loved one.It is 1 reason why schools may have goldfish or hamsters. Also think of the kids who have lost loved ones so early in life.

    Better to have your kids come to terms with the loss of a humanised animal that they got attached to than have their first experience of death being the loss of a family member, friend, or even a stranger. They'll empathise more with a human, making it all the more shocking and unbearable to them, especially if it's a concept they never knew of. My grandfather died when I was 5 years old, while sleeping over at my grandparents. After that, I didn't give much thought for fictional animals that die.
