I dated a woman had no personality, so she took on mine. She displayed covert narcissist traits heavily. She was also a shapeshifter and energy vampire. It took me years to see what was happening. I felt I was in an illusion for years, but then I began to evolve. There were so many lessons until finally, I was guided out of that situation. There were some hard lessons for me and I wouldn’t wish that experience on anybody, but I am grateful for everything that died in me in order to birth who I am today. ✨💜💜💜✨

Fun fact: everyone has narcissistic traits but not everyone is a narcissist. It’s a serious personality disorder like bpd (bounderline personality disorder) they can mimick each other but the difference is, narcissists lack empathy. If you’ve ever dated a true narcissist then it’s very confusing and soul crushing, usually takes the victims a while to recover, leaves serious damage behind. But the victims usually attract them because of some sense of self issues as well.

Gaslighting, hovering aka stalking, lack of empathy or false empathy to obtain a goal with you, isolation from your support, they also have what’s coined as “flying monkeys” and those are people who validate their mishaps and support them relentlessly, love bombing by being super attentive then all of a sudden turn cold.. all narcissists are different and we all mean different things to each narcissist. You could be the light of their life and they never wanna let you go but still mistreat you or they’ll use you like a wash rag and dispose of you just as fast it all depends on what you mean to them. Unfortunately I was the light of this man’s life after the love bombing phase he actually grew closer to me and confided in me about a lot and now I’m still tryna get him off my back and off the backs of people I’ve been friends with and he has stalked my family and it’s been over two years now…Needless to say a lot of people throw this word out but there are specific characteristics that define this disorder. Every liar and every cheater is not a narcissist but if you’ve seen any of those signs I just listed then run very far and very fast because it’s a personality disorder, they been in this emotional survival mode since young .. it’s no sense in trying to convince these people. If they are your family advise them to reflect on their decisions but never call them out so obviously as some of these people can be violent.

I'm speak my mind rather a person like it or not, what's wrong with a lot of couples today rather they married or just in a relationship with someone because there is a lack of communication because people don't know how to tell each other how they feel, but they can tell a stranger everything.

Right! The Apology they give is Fake. When a person Apologize, it should come from the Heart at all times. If they are not gonna Mean it, then don't even Bother to Apologize. I feel like we all have and have displayed narcissist “traits” at one time or another I try not to be quick to throw that term around because it’s so loosely used these days. To call a person a narc is a different from having narcissistic traits. We all need to do assessments of ourselves have honest conversations with ourselves and deal with our triggers and trauma, so we can begin to heal.

The one where someone does something bad to you and when you address them about it they make it seem like you the one who did it to them. Definitely have family members like this.

I was raised by a narcissist, my mom 🥹out of all her kids I feel like she did me the worst emotionally, but I just don’t know how to NOT defend myself and the ppl I love, mother or not I’m just naturally extremely protective and loyal

If someone doesn't believe what I'm saying . Even though all evidence points to I'm telling the truth. I'm not going to get upset , I'm not going to cry, I will simply say.
