Dead Space 1 is the most scariest, Dead Space 2 the most grotesque and Dead Space 3 the most actionary. I love all 3 games for their attributes :)

IIIIIIsssaaaccc......

The way the images would flash, the sounds of the menu, and the ambience put together this terrifying clinical outside view of some sort of fucked up situation

The faint whispering of Isaaaaac is still nerve-racking

I miss those days when everything was good...

Well controls on Xbox 360 at least weren’t perfect, but for 2008 it was far more than perfect.

Doom 3 had a scary pause menu tone, but DS still beats it.

I totally agree, the menu of Doom 3 was freaky to all hell. I didn't mind the game despite its departure from action fast pace shooter to horror shooter, but it definitely gave me a fright playing it as a kid hahaha

It’s a shame BFG didn’t have the menu ambience despite how they included the PC segments that got cut out of consoles. And it scared me jeeperless too, especially since it was the first PC 2000’s game I got.

Man... My first actual horror game... To this day I'm still surprised how my 3 year old self wanted to actually play this.

I miss those days when Dead Space series was the scariest thing i knew...

When i heard this theme for the first time, i know this game will be different. Edit: sometimes i play this as background noise when working. Idk, it just keep my attention sharp when editing those messed up documents.

This tital used to creep me out so much when lived by myself in a dark basement. I had to play with the door closed.

This game will always be a horror gaming classic

I remember playing this for the first tome when nobody was home 2 am and I turned off all the lights ...... big mistake...

Even more of a coincidence, that was the scariest level of the game for me back when I played it as a kid 😆 I was way too young to play that game XD Awesome to hear man

this shit is so calming for some reason

Dead space my first time playing was so scary It took me days to complete it but I forced myself through it

@@greycatofnobodys2007 first dead space is the best. Second is mid, running around Ishimura was more interesting than running away from my wife. The third is the worst in any ways, or maybe I was bored from the title

It’s a travesty they didn’t have the menu music in the remake. Missed opportunity 🥲
