Im waiting for the Remake video for your enjoyment. The new Devs understood the task at hand and made something that in my opinion replaces the original completely.

I also enjoyed Dead Space 3, amd I also forgot about the gun enemies, and zombie axe guys, I mostly just remember floating around in the ship graveyard becausee that was at least interesting. I also enjoyed the cosmic horror reveal, where the universe was nothing but literal Dead Space where intergalactic super-predators consume all life. The DLC was garbage, but it might've been salvageable woth a fourth game. Also you're wrong on Diablo 4's horse microtransaction. The horse doesn't cost $60, it costs $65, meaning it costs more than the base game.

I sometimes feel like I’m the only person on the planet who genuinely enjoyed Dead Space 3. Then again, I was pretty young at that time. Still in middle school and still impressionable. So I’d probably feel different if I played it today. But I don’t wanna ruin my good memories of it.

Dead Space 3 is really not that bad as a game, it's quite enjoyable to play though, but people were just plenty mad about the story/direction changes, and all the DLC stuff made it look really bad too

Same thing for me with resident evil 5 everyone talks so much shit on it but me and my friends played trough it like a dozen times and had loads of fun
