This is honestly so refreshing - It's getting harder to trust influencer content, and even though I realize that it's a career where you like many others have to get brand deals to get paid, it goes a long way to make this kind of content once in a while. No sponsors, just honest content.

I’m glad to see you having gotten closer to natural makeup. Im 41. This industry is sinister… I had enjoyed makeup tutorials before but I never put that much makeup on myself. Always skeptical about putting/“rubbing” the products on our precious skin. I do enjoy makeup tho. Musts for me are eyebrows and eyelashes. I just draw a little on my eyebrows and curl my lashes and apply mascara. And stay away from those marketed sns

Great video and love that we're getting more videos from you! I wanted to clarify the cost of hyaluronic acid since it's not always affordable. It can be quite expensive, depending on the molecular weight grade that is used (which, unfortunately, most brands don't disclose). Low molecular weight HA penetrates deeper than higher weights, and gets significantly more expensive the smaller the molecules are. At the end of the day, HA is a natural component of skin that can bind moisture but plenty of other ingredients (called humectants) can do that too for less cost. I agree it's not a make-or-break ingredient! (source: I'm studying to be a cosmetic chemist!)

I absolutely love these kind of videos! Please make more! I've been saying this for the longest time. Way too many influencers say to constantly buy this and that it gets overwhelming and plus I feel like for some of us it feels like constantly pressure to buy new things and that's not right. We shouldn't feel pressured to buy new things all the time or not feel beautiful and so many influencers make us feel like you must have this and this and in my case I felt pressured racking up thousands in debt. I really appreciate these kind of videos! I wish more influencers would make these kind because it would help to know we don't need to buy everything.
