Back in college years ago, all we could get on the rabbit ears in the dorm was the muppets on pbs, they had such style and originality, we loved them!

How is it that this is 7 years old, and I never knew it existed until like 10 minutes ago? Just when I thought it wasn't possible to like Dave Grohl even more, I find this. Animal will always be my favorite Muppet.

Animal sounds like he has a new drum tech. His kit sounds phenomenal!

The Muppets musicians are without question the guys that inspired me to learn to play guitar and drums. I was never very interested in TV growing up, but them, I waited for all week.

Dave Grohl is awesome, but I think Animal was holding back. Any drummer historian knows of the the great Animal vs. Buddy Rich duel in the 80's that knocked out power to 3 major cities when it was done.

Back in '78 Animal drum battled Buddy Rich, and lost handily.

The fill Animal does on his second go round reminded me of the intro to Ozzy’s Over the Mountain.

My favorite muppets as a kid were Animal and the Swedish Chef. Fun times.

Grew up on the muppets and the foos so this makes my day
