法式達克瓦茲/Dacquoise
1.蛋白123g/Protein 123g
2.砂糖50g/Sugar 50g
3.杏仁粉92g/Almond flour 92g
4.低筋麵粉14g/Cake flour 14g
5.糖粉55g/Powdered sugar 55g
達克瓦茲內餡/Bomb Batter
1.無鹽奶油100g/Unsalted butter 100g
2.砂糖45g/Sugar 45g
3.蛋黃30g/Egg yolk 30g
4.水30ml/Water 30ml
5.香草精2g/Vanilla extract 2g
口味(每一份能做12顆份量)
Taste (each serving can make 12 servings)
1.覆盆子粉 5g/Raspberry powder 5g
2.法芙娜可可粉 5g/Valrhona cocoa powder 5g
3.肉桂粉2g/Cinnamon powder 2g
4.黃金地瓜2顆/2 golden sweet potatoes
5.柚子果醬/Yuzu Jam
6.蘋果丁醬/Apple Jam
7.奧利奧夾心餅/Oreo Sandwich Cookies

    可以的,但不知道你一次做的份量多少,若是我食譜的份量你可以先從2-3g加入後嘗試味道是否是你要的口味,再自行酌量加入自己想要口味的份量唷
