Hey Tom, ive been catchin up here, you said you were going to cut out the rear of the floor so got me thinking of aweight saving idea.... cut out the back wall of the cab and replace with a peice of aluminum? May not be much but its something...

Gives me some inspiration for my sierra... I'd love too see how light I can get my sierra without making it a drag truck sorta like a semi sleeper, would be absolutely ridiculous to get 500+ pounds shaved with lots of fiberglass panels and such, how much weight have you shaved off of your truck in total?
Do you have any driveshaft hoops?

Just delete the cab, good weight savings
