I'm a Vietnamese-Australian who is obsessed with "banh mi" pork roll sandwiches. I travelled to Taiwan recently and was surprised to find some excellent banh mi in Taipei and Taichung. Banh Mi sandwiches are the best!!

"Taiwan cuisine" was always a mix of people from different parts of China, escaping the communists. Looks like now it's starting to blend in different parts of Asia as well.

My favorite style of pork bellies. Absolutely mouthwatering.
