Delicious sticks, thanks for this great recipe. Worth a reference for cooking delicious meat
I'm so hungry after watching this, its so good!
so satisfying to see how the food are prepped
Good God! That looks so delicious it's like everything you want to satisfy you when you go outside for a proper meat experience. Good Job of capturing so well! I can't wait to to eat it someday.

Looks like wagyu chicken fried steak in butter. Where's the gravy?
something satisfying filling a nice clean fryer with new oil ! i had customers who would come for fish and chips specifically on my day to clean the fryers , they knew it was the best time to get that really crisp clean batter , but also , hand made beer batter
스테이크가 정말 먹음직 스럽게 보이고 좋은 고기만 쓰는것 같아 안전해보이기도하고 이런일을 매일하면서 이렇게 잘만드는걸 보면 정말대단하다고 생각합니다.
I love when you all change your frying oils......❤❤❤.
Cool idea using an ethanol flame for a little tableside frytop. Also wasn't prepared for deep frying with olive oil, but I gather it's been really popular in Korea for a while. The prepwork is great, the meat is perfect and that salt cured salmon has me acting up. I only got one question: What's the black stuff they're mixing into the mayo for the sauce? Doesn't seem to have the right texture for ground up sesame seeds but I could be wrong.

Looks incredible. Never would have thought something like this would exist overseas, since frying in butter is such an American thing. Thanks for sharing!
the only thing to complain about this channel is that they ALWAYS call restaurant vlogs as "street foods" otherwise, the foods look amazing as usual

It's street food, it's not made in your home so it's street food, I know I know there is a difference in restaurant to what we call street food, but maybe for other people its different I dunno why he calls it like that but it maybe just a different perspective.

many people around the world like eating rare meats. Some just straight up eat it raw.. Now not stating that is a healthy thing to do as their will always be risks of doing things like that. There will always be a huge risk no matter if they tell you there is no risk you still have a chance of getting sick from sushi regardless if they are pros. Now I do like medium myself, but when you fry it it takes on a new personality.. Oil penetrates it fully so it does get a light cooking to mostly sanitize the meat without fully cooking it.. So the risks are not high for it to get you sick. However it still has the same flavor as if it you were too serve it rare without the blood, but still hold the same flavor. If you do not like it like that I would suggest lightly cooking it on a pan first till it hits like mid rare or medium then fry it same with a burger.. However there is the risk of creating a leathery layer.. on the outside of the meat. I know I have tested this.
Wow! A meal fit for a king!!! 😋
I think I invented sth similar in my kitchen with a little twist on the ingredients and further steps.

The food looks amazing!!!! Does anyone know what the small searing tabletop devices are called? and what was that lit underneath? it did not look like a candle? Thanks
