@@user-rd8yh3mg6c Ставят в духовку под верхний гриль. На кожице образуются пузыри и она слегка подсыхает. Всё это делает её хрустящей. Обмазывают соусом. Извините, если есть ошибки. Это не мой родной язык.

This is in Taiwan but the sandwich at the end is Vietnamese food (which is popular in Taiwan). Taiwanese will usually eat that crispy pork with rice. Thanks for putting address in description, I will visit this place!

I love a pork belly sandwich because the bread adds texture and cuts the fattiness of the meat, a much better combo than with rice or noodles, IMO. The Vietnamese have good taste!

Yeah definitely Bahn mi inspired but there was no liver pate and fish sauce abd idk if the veggies were pickled. Also no cilantro is a travesty. Smh at least not enough cilantro lol

@@MikeyLee559 this place is abound 50 mins from my house - I’ll go and check it out. Usually banh mi is very authentic in Taiwan because the staff/owners are Vietnamese, catering largely to Vietnamese expats.
