I tried it just now because I didn't have enough money to buy cream cheese, so I used up some whole milk I had lefover and the result was SO good! I put it in a contained in the fridge to cool down, and it set beautifully. The taste is so fresh and slightly sweet. I love it.

A few adjustments that I made here which results in creamier cream cheese is 1. While blending the curdled milk, instead of water, add some heavy cream 2. Don't cool the curd blend it while hot with a tbsp of butter

We squeeze out all the water and hard press or soft press the water and create paneer. In this, after squeezing the water from the curdled milk, we have to blend water in to make it creamy

While blending, instead of adding water, add milk.. The cream cheese would definitely be creamier...😊
