Yes that whats i tried before .maybe thats why its came creamy because of blender.

Instead of putting it into blender, I guess we may better use electric whisk or hand blender to bled for it well, it would be easier!!! But the recipe was really easy!!! Very nice 👍🏻

It's a very nice recipe, I liked it but what kind of yogurt did you use? normal or strained yogurt? This is very important if we want to make homemade cream cheese. Thanks for sharing dear it's a nice idea of making this cream cheese. Congratulations !!!!!

Yogurt is nothing but hung curd (doesn't have the water or whey water in it). Applies the same for Indian curd as well.

The Indian Gujerati does Shikhand. Mixture of sugar and yougart (water taken out of the yougart by a strainer and cloth) than adding sugar as per taste. Add a little fine cardamom .

It's the same method with cottage cheese/paneer but this recipe you have to blend it.

No. Tge water content in cottage cheese/ paneer is very minimal in comparison to cream cheese. Cream cheese is more on softer side cottage cheese is hard
