Picked up a Fieldcraft 3.5. Loving every oz of it except the oz in the handle holding back the swing. This skeletonization is exactly what so many knives need. My 3.5 will one say be exactly what Im looking for.

If you have the means to do it, I highly recommend it! You really can feel the difference.

Do you loktite the bolts? Love the handles. Super cool. I've never had a bk7 and I've always wondered if I missed the boat... I love my BK9. I took the ramp off and rounded off the clip to make it more drop pointy and less clippy... 😊

Hello my Canadian brother. Nope, no loktite. The stainless bolts I use are just small enough to fit into the hole and I also have some thin plastic washers in there that you can't see that have an inside diameter less than the bolt, so they as sort of like nylon nuts or aviation nuts. I've never had them loosen even a little with whoppin' and choppin'. On the other hand, the Grivory handles WILL loosen with use as I use the standard issue bolts and nuts. I just check them every now and then. I used to have a BK9 but sold it and now have a Swap Rat 9 with the rubber handles. Love it. Hope all is well!!

Yes… That is exactly what I did. I used to do it to all of my Becker knives. This knife and I do quite a lot together!

What is this song and who sings it? That Becker is a workhorse. I have one.
