I ran into a couple guys over the years that didn't carry a pocket knife. Gave me a strange feeling...like meeting a extraterrestrial.

I’ve met lots of guys who didn’t carry a pocket knife. Almost every one of them was in kindergarten…

Excellent comment.
Cool video, Tom. Obviously the SAKs are classics, and anyone who doesn't own one or six is a lesser person because of it. 😁 PS, can I have your autograph? 😉😊

I initially thought you wrote Tickle me. Wow. Glad I re-read it.

Good choices.
They could really expand SAK as a company if they had a tiered numbered system, and screw on pins or bolsters or pivots, with a size or line that will fit without leaving slop where someone might’ve swapped a larger tool for a thinner one. I love the channel I think I got my first esee watching your channel now I have 7, and I have a climber, a classic sd, milwak fastback and izula or mora basic everyday lol 👍🏼👌 keep different keys on different Swiss Army knives

I agree. If I could ever convince them to do a special run, I'd do it. But I'm sure I'd have to order 10,000 or something like that to make it happen.
Peanut butter. Cannot have it in the home. It calls to me. Nice video, tnx. zane

That is a nice one too.
👍 I carry a Victorinox SAK every day. I agree with you & Jerry, it is a must have. I also went through an experimental phase during the past 40 years going through many variations. Not being as decisive as you & Jerry, I have 2 different models. In town I carry the Spartan. In the wilderness I carry the Camper. I like the “bling” on the more complex models, but after 3 layers they become too big for pocket carry IMHO and I never really use all those other gadgets all that much. Great video, thank you for sharing your SAK evolution.

Thank you for your nice comment. I always appreciate it. As far as the girth of this model, I have found I really don't notice it anymore.
I have the SAK Delemont. It has everything I need, EXCEPT a metal file. So, I'm sure I'll get another one someday.

There is always that one tool that forces you to get another knife. Great marketing on their part.
What is your carry method for one that size? I carry a SuperTinker everyday but it's still to big just to pocket drop. It stays in my bag. It's also the "can I borrow you knife?" knife. I have thought about trying on of those add one clips.

You are a good man. I don't have a "Can I borrow your knife?" knife. I'll cut it for you, but you don't get to use my knife because you will destroy it. As for carry...I am pleasantly surprised as to how I really don't notice it in my left front pocket. It rides nice and flat, with the spine of the blade against my leg and where the key fob would normally be, in the up position.
I've had my eye on a Cybertool for a while now. I should probably grab one before they discontinue it, like they did my beloved Executive. My EDC switches back and forth between an Izula/Victorinox Compact combo, or a Benchmade Osborne/Victorinox Clip. Some days the Benchmade Boost replaces the Osborne.

Welp, I have really been enjoying this Cybertool. Initially I thought it was going to be too much knife, but I was wrong. Only thing I'd like to see added is a file.
Classic SD for life

Gotcha!
I started on a Climber and every time I try to go bigger or smaller I always just go back to the climber. I guess size does matter.

Ha!! Well, I carried the climber for about 30 years. After a couple of days with the Cybertool in my pocket I really have totally forgotten it is in there.

@@knifetimestory today I am carrying a spartan in my pocket and a rambler in my wallet. I think this may be the combo I was looking for. For a more “serious” multitool I carry a Leatherman Rebar and Victorinox bit kit/driver. I. Normally only carry that at work, or when I’m working out in the yard or on the tractor or something. I even quit carrying the Rebar when I’m fishing and it used to be my go to for that. Now I just carry a set of forceps on a retractable lanyard on my belt loop. I will sometimes swap out my Swiss Army knife for the camper for the saw depending on where I will be fishing for the day.
