    コロナで自宅待機中の為普段作らないものと言うことで作ってみました! とても美味しかったですがサワークリームの代用で水切りヨーグルト使ったのですが、ペーパーに包んで一晩置いてる最中にも水が出てました💦  浮かせて置いていなかったので固まりが悪くペーパーにつき放題でした💦 美味しかったのでリベンジ!

    生クリーム泡建ての時 「え!そんな小さいボウルで飛び散らんの?!すごいな!」 って思って見てたら 「ボウルが僕の選定ミスでね、少し小さいですね・・・めっちゃ飛び散ってますね」 でめっちゃ笑いました。

    作りました!チーズと生クリームを合わせる時は少量の生クリームで伸ばさないとダマになります(メーカーによりますが雪印のチーズは硬いので要注意)市販のサワークリームは90グラムが基本なのでチーズでかさ増しするなら尚更しっかり同じ柔らかさにしないと口溶けが悪く、固まりにくいです 味が美味しいから絶対成功して食べたい…

    「いや~これ作って欲しいな・・・」の一言でお菓子愛が伝わりますね☺️💕 美味しそうです! ただ、そういうのは無粋なのかもしれませんが糖質オフバージョンがあればなぁと思います😅
