    早速作りました! コアントローではなくオレンジキュラソーですが、とても良く合いますね! 簡単に作れて、このお味は素晴らしい! しっとりとした生地と濃厚だけれど食べ終わるとまたすぐに食べたくなってしまう爽やかさでした。ガナッシュが簡単に作れたので、今後はこの作り方でいきたいと思います。また、新たな動画を楽しみにしております。

    こんにちは 夏は暑いし、チョコを食べる気が失せるのですが、これなら食べられそう^ 配合もわかりやすく、気泡も慌てずに混ぜれば大丈夫そうなので 作ってみます

    いつも素敵なレシピ動画をありがとうございます!これまでキャラメルケーキ、フィナンシェ、テリーヌ等色々参考にさせていただいてます^^ 1点質問ですが、生地の表面を削ぐ際に、石川さんが使用されている器具(例えば1.5cm幅の棒など)を持っていない場合、おすすめの削ぎ方などございますでしょうか。 もしよろしければご回答頂けたら嬉しです!

    スライスするための棒はルーラーっていうんですが、それが無くてもたかが一定の棒があればそれを使用していただいても問題ないです。 何もない場合でも焼き目とスポンジの間にナイフを入れて削ぐことは出来ます。
