    ものすごく綺麗で美味しそうで作ってみたいと思っていましたが昨日機会があったので作ったところ、味も見た目もお店の売り物みたいだと老若男女から大評判でした。カンテンウルトラはゼラチンで代用しましたが全く問題なかったです。動画の通りに作ると失敗する要素が無いのがすごいです。素晴らしいレシピをありがとうございます!次は苺に応用して作ってみます。

    ヨーグルト3リットル、冷凍ブルーベリー2キロをどうしようか悩んでいたときにこのレシピ!さっそく作りとても美味しくできました。石川さんのレシピ、動画ではどれも失敗しません。 ブルーベリーソースの出来上がりポイントもありがたかったです。おっしゃっていた通りになりました。 ゼラチンがなくて、葛粉でも上手く固まりました。ありがとうございます!

    Sir, it is near impossible to get LE CANTEN ULTRA outside Japan. Please provide alternative options like gelatin (powder/sheets) or agar or normal kanten powder so that your fans beyond Japan can bake what you uploaded. Thank you
