**UNRELATED TO CASE*** Nate im a nail tech in Southern Utah, I just meet a wonderful young lady that was blessed from you about 5 years ago for Christmas, the gift she was given her CHANGED her life , took her and her children out of a very toxic situation. Where she said she probably would of ended up dead. She was able to leave and keep her kids safe, it was so amazing to hear her story, it made me cry. I was super excited, when i made the connection that it was you, the guy i get my news from!! Thanks for all the kind things you do! You saved and changed her life!
Nate, I'm going to miss Courtroom Insider. Please don't disappear when the Daybells are rotting in their respective prisons. You do a great job.

I think it’s important to note the judge basically rebuked Prior for implying the prosecution was coaching witnesses to lie.
Honestly, they could decide this in 15 minutes; between Chad and Lori's phone call, "They're searching the yard". 2) They had already bought the wedding bands and planned the wedding "before" Tammy's death from natural causes, and 3) "Someone" checks the wind direction for the first time EVER right before Tyree's body is burned. Chad brings Lori to meet his mother, and Lori tells his mother that she has no minor children and her daughter recently died; so, Chad knows the kids aren't missing. They are no longer alive. So, even if he didn't have a part in the actual murder, he knows they aren't coming back, and tells his mom that. So, conspiracy, and accessory before and after the fact, 4) The police show up with a warrant to check the property, he races to Emma's house and then is apprehended on his way back, and they have the, "I'm not coming back" talk". Nobody mysteriously burns and buries 2 people right behind your house without your knowledge. Stick a fork in him; He's done. They don't even need to consider anything else.

I hope they get a huge shock on their true judgement day. I don’t think Chad directly killed the children but he definitely ordered it, I think Alex did the physical work, Chad helped bury them. I truly think Chad held Tammy while Alex smothered her with pillow. He doesn’t have the churros to look her into the eyes. Chad’s kids lying about their Mom was also devastating to me. Watching from the west of Ireland.
Watching from London uk really enjoyed yr videos every night, I just pray 🙏 that evil man gets either life without parole or the DP, I’m so scared to hear what the jury’s decision will be. And I want to say what a lovely community these lives are it’s like we are all sitting together and chatting ❤ and Nate you have really explained everything so clearly especially to those of us outside the USA and not quite sure on your justice system. RIP Tammy, Tylee, and JJ i hope you all together somewhere safe and loving x
Watching from 🇬🇧 UK ….I’ve really enjoyed your breakdown of the trial thank you
Perth Australia, The most remote city in the world although Auckland comes a close second I guess it depends where you measure it from but anyway it’s a long long way from Idaho in the US and I’ve loved every day of court room insider thank you Nate … you are head and above many journalists and reporters and your appeal on TV is phenomenal I love your relaxed And articulate presentations!

I can’t WAIT to see who files for divorce first - Lori or Chad.

Why would either one of them do such a thing or bother to spend money on that? There is no benefit to them getting divorced, and certainly they can't testify against each other in regards to Charles' case due to their being married.

Dear Nate I’ve followed your reporting from the very start like so many ….Im in the U.K. so I thank you for your incredible body of work from the very start .You have shown throughout how to seriously report without sensationalism but just true facts as they present themselves is refreshing and builds immense trust with the information being imparted to us all. Your lovely wife and family are as unique and caring as you are .A shout out to all your marvellous other reporting buddies Hidden True Crime wonderful Vinnie P. ….and many others . May you all continue to go from strength to strength . THANK YOU . JUSTICE FOR Charles Tylee JJ and Tammy. ❤❤❤❤
I don't think Chad should be allowed to influence other inmates and considering Tylee's pre-death injuries and JJ being a disabled child, Chad should get the DP.

I really enjoyed the video clips. I also heard a few weeks back one of your shout outs and it turns out it was one of my brothers friends from high school in the 70’s that he was reuniting with the next day. I ended up talking to him. So I can say I met them through this show. Thanks for everything Nate and viewers!

@@Juke582Chad doesn’t have autism. He understands social cues and knows when to lie and manipulate to get what he wants. How on earth did you reach this conclusion? Chad has every red flag for a psych0path (not ASD), including his extremely controlling nature (Tammy couldn’t have friends or play games), and especially his lack of fear. He was placed into a cop car and spoke about never coming back, meanwhile he’s giggling here and there and chatting about finances. He has almost no emotional responses because he has almost no emotions. Just boredom and rage- with a propensity to seek excitement via extreme measures to relieve that boredom . He seeks worship from others, he has a grandiose personality, he was a cult leader, and he clearly participated in the de@ths of many people. need I say more?
