**UNRELATED TO CASE*** Nate im a nail tech in Southern Utah, I just meet a wonderful young lady that was blessed from you about 5 years ago for Christmas, the gift she was given her CHANGED her life , took her and her children out of a very toxic situation. Where she said she probably would of ended up dead. She was able to leave and keep her kids safe, it was so amazing to hear her story, it made me cry. I was super excited, when i made the connection that it was you, the guy i get my news from!! Thanks for all the kind things you do! You saved and changed her life!

Honestly, they could decide this in 15 minutes; between Chad and Lori's phone call, "They're searching the yard". 2) They had already bought the wedding bands and planned the wedding "before" Tammy's death from natural causes, and 3) "Someone" checks the wind direction for the first time EVER right before Tyree's body is burned. Chad brings Lori to meet his mother, and Lori tells his mother that she has no minor children and her daughter recently died; so, Chad knows the kids aren't missing. They are no longer alive. So, even if he didn't have a part in the actual murder, he knows they aren't coming back, and tells his mom that. So, conspiracy, and accessory before and after the fact, 4) The police show up with a warrant to check the property, he races to Emma's house and then is apprehended on his way back, and they have the, "I'm not coming back" talk". Nobody mysteriously burns and buries 2 people right behind your house without your knowledge. Stick a fork in him; He's done. They don't even need to consider anything else.

I’m surprised none of the videos talked about the children autopsies, how they were killed, just really got to me & the fact that Lori is so ok with that, is so grossly unbelievable a mother would talk about building a pool where her children’s bodies were & knowing how they were tortured. I hope they get a huge shock on their true judgement day. I don’t think Chad directly killed the children but he definitely ordered it, I think Alex did the physical work, Chad helped bury them. I truly think Chad held Tammy while Alex smothered her with pillow. He doesn’t have the churros to look her into the eyes. Chad’s kids lying about their Mom was also devastating to me. Your coverage has been superbly done, you are honorable, humorous, kind & very truthful & knowledgeable. Thank you to you & Peggy & your team. Tammy, JJ, Tylee & Charles were given great honor & coverage by you all. ❤❤❤🙏🤗

Pretty much all those who K!LL members of their own family are narcissists. They don’t love, few empathy, or guilt. They “care about” those who do things for them or make them feel good, and as soon as that stops they stop “caring”. The kids were no longer valuable to Lori and she also saw a way to a exploit them one last time, for money.

The comment someone made in the videos that stood out to me is that Chad allowed his kids to get on the stand and commit perjury. Of course, we don’t know 100%, but it sure seems like they lied. And Chad just sits by and lets it happen. No end to his despicable behavior. No redeeming qualities at all.

@@Juke582Chad doesn’t have autism. He understands social cues and knows when to lie and manipulate to get what he wants. How on earth did you reach this conclusion? Chad has every red flag for a psych0path (not ASD), including his extremely controlling nature (Tammy couldn’t have friends or play games), and especially his lack of fear. He was placed into a cop car and spoke about never coming back, meanwhile he’s giggling here and there and chatting about finances. He has almost no emotional responses because he has almost no emotions. Just boredom and rage- with a propensity to seek excitement via extreme measures to relieve that boredom . He seeks worship from others, he has a grandiose personality, he was a cult leader, and he clearly participated in the de@ths of many people. need I say more?

Nate, thank you for keeping us updated. I have watched from Ohio . I have been here all through this trial each evening. I appreciate you giving us the highlights of court for the day. I didn’t get to keep up with Laurie’s trial as much last year. But I have been following this case since the kids were missing. It breaks my heart for all the families involved.
