Did you see the Treadmill Case, Christopher Gregor? Over a month it took... most of those days without a jury present. Planning, hearings, and so on.

Amazing how, according to his interview, except for a really small non-meaningful Indiscretion (let’s omit it lasted yrs & created a child) , he is absolutely perfect & the best husband yet his wife did everything he could think of that was wrong, embarrassing, adulterous, fantasy driven, usually only seen in badly written B-movies, etc. whatta gem HE is!! 🙄😒

It’s going to be a long trial if the prosecution doesn’t learn how to say “asked and answered “.

After watching prosecution closing statements in Chad Daybell trial AND attys for Karen Read this is a let down 😂😂

They are passing the evidence around thru the jury to look at and pass to their neighbor. Like in HS when there were not over head projectors or screens. This court needs to update to at least the 90's in technology.

Please correct me if I’m wrong, but I have not heard ANYTHING that has convinced me so far that this man killed his wife. Supposedly, he stomped his wife’s head in, and it left absolutely NO BLOOD behind. Isn’t that pretty much impossible. No blood or signs of her were found in the car. Nobody saw him. His daughters, who were in the house at the time of her murder, didn’t hear anything. It took over ten years to even convict him, which shows me that even the state does not feel too confident in convicting him. The only thing they got on him was that he was not too happy with her and he did not speak well of her. Sorry,…but most couples who are getting divorced do not talk highly of each other. They also found bleach in his yard, but the luminal didn’t show that any blood was cleaned up. I’m not convinced AT ALL.

That’s what I came here to talk about… I just watched it and something is up with that situation in my opinion. He didn’t remember if his wife was there, but he remembered that he didn’t hear any noises.

Def attorney refuses to use mic? OLD SCHOOL ;) Are they really passing papers around thru the jury? This trial will be long and painful with waiting for the jury to pass around evidence or photos via sneaker net. You have got to be kidding!! The court in KY may want to advance up to the 90's at some point.

I disagree. Although it is certainly weird that the papers were under the spare tire, I think the speculative nature of that fact outweighs the minuscule value that it might add to proving he murdered her.

Probably cousins one was my public defender an one was the judge over my first case in lake county before they started working together as the da an assistant da. They were probably working together on my case as well. Danny goodman was the judge an Jeff boxx was my public defender.
