It blows my mind that the officer Sean was speaking to was clearly acknowledging the law and willing to go hear the other side, then the tyrant immediately stomps over and tells Sean what he was doing just because that’s what the id¡ots _said_ happened, had no interest in hearing a word out of Sean, and the officer who spoke to Sean said and did absolutely nothing

@@jdanon203 The second cop who arrested LIA has his ass covered if the city lawyer does what he said to do - "make sure you put in there that you told him to leave." If the Lawyer puts that in the report then the cop can say "He told me that he'd instructed the auditor to leave and he didn't leave." That gets officer handcuffs off the hook for false arrest even if the videos dont show LIA was told to leave.

The town is being negligent if they are leaving sensitive information laying around in public, “on tables, on chairs, on counters” as corporation counsel plainly admitted. The taxpayers whose sensitive information is being left in public (as corporation counsel admits) should sue the town for their negligent filing system. The town is responsible that sensitive documents not be visible in public. It’s not Sean’s job to secure their records for them. Sean is not their consultant on best practices for sensitive record storage. Their filing system is effectively the bathroom stall. If the town leaves sensitive records “on tables, on chairs, on counters” in what is obviously a publicly accessible area, they might as well be putting that information on bathroom stalls.

I sure hope you are compensated for this unlawful arrest!!! And that arresting officer told that attorney to lie!! He should be fired!!

People with no actual law knowledge, trying to enforce unjustly or made-up laws. Troll auditors will always be handled as we please. LOL "stand in line" definitely answers the question of whether they know what the hell they're doing.

He never actually filmed “behind the counter.” As soon as Sean walked in the unhinged and unstable Phil obstructed him from everything. He didn’t even make it to the counter. Phil was in front of him the whole time. Even though the demand was incorrect, he nevertheless didn’t film anything that’s behind the counter. So even though they’re accusing him of filming over the counter, ironically they didn’t let him do any such thing. He literally didn’t film over the counter. Anyway, the lady in that office was the only one who asked him to leave, but she didn’t ask him to leave the building; she clearly asked him to go to the hallway. Corporation counsel also showed up again and asked him to talk to him in the hallway. No one asked him to leave the building, so it’s impossible for him to be charged with trespassing.

Keep fighting Brother Sean. Another excellent video. Ain't no backing down.

I love how the cops tell the Attorney what to say as a coordinated lie. That way everybody uses the statement, "He was filming, over the counter". Yet, the video shows, the conflict started upon entering the room, then stopped before reaching the counter. How could everyone say the same lie accidentally? Answer: The blue line is corrupt by design.

@@hipsabad Sorry, but the 'supreme interpreters' are the ones that constantly cede power to these blue line gang members. The SCOTUS was the entity that came up with the qualified immunity doctrine for cops, and they are the ones that continually erode our fourth amendment protections.

Sean I could never be so peaceful like you are, if it was me that security guard would have his nose busted and his skull cracked. But then you are the best at what you do.
