If he is the town attorney, shouldn't he present his Bar card, scores on the Constitutional Law section from the exam and which 4th tier law school that he apparently obtained his JD degree? I mean we do live in a country where we must present our papers, right? That's what I am getting. Oh yeah, there is that little nuisance document to curtail law enforcement from overstepping their legal authority. I keep forgetting what it is called ... town code? our policy? hmmm.

The taxpayers whose sensitive information is being left in public (as corporation counsel admits) should sue the town for their negligent filing system. The town is responsible that sensitive documents not be visible in public. It’s not Sean’s job to secure their records for them. Sean is not their consultant on best practices for sensitive record storage. Their filing system is effectively the bathroom stall. If the town leaves sensitive records “on tables, on chairs, on counters” in what is obviously a publicly accessible area, they might as well be putting that information on bathroom stalls.

Anyway, the lady in that office was the only one who asked him to leave, but she didn’t ask him to leave the building; she clearly asked him to go to the hallway. Attorney client privilege might save this attorney when he gives unconstitutional advice in private but I’m pretty sure he isn’t covered when he publicly flaunts his lawlessness and encourages the police officers to do the same.

@@Oskanwhitchfather no problem I welcome it. Fixed. Thanks for the heads up. I’m not great at grammar but I am a bit of a pedant. One of my favorite Twitter bots used to scour Twitter for tweets that had the phrase “your American” because they often times were suggesting that some one didn’t speak English. They would then tweet back “you’re American, learn English”

Rent-A-Cop Mr. Clean thinks he owns the building (14:54). As you mentioned--his menial job is only "to observe and report", not to act as a Police officer who owns the building.

The State of Connecticut and Danbury specifically is an embarrassment to this country as a whole. The fact that they call themselves the Constitution State just goes to show how little the Constitution means any more...

Your Constitution is glorious. I wish we had one . My kin fought with yours to gain it but then settled on the wrong side of the border once the war was won . Never give up on it . My corrupt government won't even let me flee to your country . Our Charter of Rights has no teeth and can be messed with due to loop holes and misinterpreted language . Our fool leader Little Potato is after some of my guns right now and I do not comply . I may need an evac in the next couple months my brothers . Take me to the land of freedom . Stay strong and free my friends. From a long gone Scotsmen who's kin fled the crown. Crossed the ocean to be free and then fought the red coats along side Washington to gain that freedom .
