The settlement should be HUGE since the entire town circled the wagons claiming no wrongdoing. The courts view this as requiring a big enough settlement to force them realize that they need to make changes.

Now that I'm watching this video for the second time, I noticed this time that things got really suspicious as soon as you entered the building. They were trying to sneak the mayor out as quick as they could. 🙄 Everybody looked guilty 😅

What you do is gold! We need to educate the public as well as the police to our Constitution!

A lot of auditors are very childish and baiting but you my friend are by far the most professional and level headed auditor I’ve ever watched. Keep doing what you’re doing brother and try and make a difference!

Sean, I would agree, is probably one of if not the best at it. Even cops in his prior videos has admitted on their own body cameras “he’s not violent” “he’s respectful” ect. He never tries to make anyone look a certain way. He doesn’t talk over people. He lets them talk and he politely corrects them when they are wrong. Our government workers (politicians, police, anyone paid by taxes) have forgotten they work for We The People.

But losing your freedom and putting my family at risk feels like too much to lose and to be honest cameras aren’t cheap, good ones anyway. Pulling out my phone to record is a big step up when they want you to step down ! Even a decent dash cam isn’t cheap especially without a computer to edit on… but that’s just excuses on my part and I know it, but it’s true too. Even with too much to lose, I don’t know what else to besides stand up to these thugs.

@@swayback7375 On most occasions, I have no camera. Many were pre-cell phone days. Nowadays, I don't have a cellphone on my person, most times. One the five or so officers had bodycams, but they redacted and withheld the footage for spurious reasons. What happened was the assailant, Mike Giannini, talked with them, lied to them, and most likely bribed them into favoritism. They heavily redacted the footage and would not give it to my lawyer, Michelle Weiss. They ended up doing citizens arrest, and would not arrest because of lack of evidence (despite markings on my helmet and bicycle). They gave us court dates and the judge refused to hear the case. I was mad at Ms Weiss, too, for not pushing back to get that bodycam footage. She'd just had a baby and her husband just got brain cancer, so she was dealing with a lot. I don't know what could be done to get that bodycam footage, but SFPD put up a fight to relinquish it and they ultimately won for the assailant, Mike Giannini.

One time james freeman was treated terribly by a judge James went to the judges campaign gathering and tried to talk to him but thst judge almost passed out when he saw James and heard what he had to say.

Use the money to help put yourself through Law School. That benefits everyone. I always hoped Phillip Turner, BAT, James Freeman etc. would do that. USA needs Civil Rights lawyers who are not afraid of the police unions.

@@vroor32 In Oregon, that's not true. You must have a college degree and three years at an accredited law school to gain access to the bar exam. Other states have similar requiremnets but the specific prerequisites seem to vary slightly.
