Sean, you should actively pursue the situation that the female cop's audio was *deliberately turned off so that Fahey's ranting and state of mind after the incident could not be recorded.* Hire a lip reader to interpret / determine what he was saying. That would be useful in your future federal lawsuit. Another internal affairs investigation is a waste of time, as the end result will be the same as the first one.

The dichotomy between supporters of 1st amendment auditors and those that don't is *ALWAYS* education. Between those that enjoy the benefits of their intellectual prowess versus those that are cognitively imprisoned without the ability to think of or say anything of value. Those that support auditors comprehend in which country they find themselves AND have *the intellectual capacity* to understand the Constitution and its role. Those that don't support auditors lack both a comprehension of which in country they live, AND the *LACK* of the intellectual capacity to understand the Constitution.

Well there are definitely times where sensitive matters needs to be discussed or personal matters. But, muting in a public lobby, in this case would make it pretty damn clear that there were no sensitive discussion going on. So in this case, it was conspiracy in my opinion. The bodycam footage is meant to protect the police from false accusations and rumored inappropriate actions etc etc. So as long as police or troopers are doing what they're hired to do, what they took an oath to do. Body cams should be their best friend and security.

So, when they press the button, it does mute, but, if anyone has suspicions about the mute, the audio file is there to view and if deemed inappropriate, the officer can face reprimand.

They used their partners in the media to lie about the circumstances, and the murderer has been hiding behind his thin blue line buddies while HIS TROOP INVESTIGATES for two months. These butchers conveniently don't have body cam (THE ENTIRE STATE FORCE!!), and the murderer was smart enough to angle his car cam away from the assassination point. Your 100% right .....the internal affairs' [ie. we investigate ourselves] model of police .''policing'' themselves has proven time and time again to be a FAILURE ! I mean just listen to how it sounds ....''we investigated ourselves and found we did nothing wrong''. Its in their [the IA officers] best interest an the interest of the applicable agency that they find nothing wrong with the behavior of the other employees of their own agency ! How on earth could ANY Government ,state, city agency be expected to do an UNBIASED investigation into someone they work around/with on a regular basis ...THEY CANT ! The vast majority of citizen complaints against police officers come to the same conclusion, that they are unfounded , not sustained ! The only 1s that are REALLY held accountable are the 1s that get alot of media / publicity meaning the average citizen is left behind an the vast majority of these complaint's, no matter how bad or how egregious the LEO's behaviors was , they will be let off not held to account ! If you watch any number of the police accountability videos available here on YT then you'll know its not at all uncommon to see LEO's with HUGE rap sheets ,dozens & dozens of complaints done by citizens over the years ! I don't know of ANY other profession [other than LEO] in this country where you can get so many [sustained or not] complaints on your service and STILL be able to keep the job !

When are you people going to learn that government/law enforcement is inherently like this? You can't fix something that's meant to be tyrannical, whether it be light or heavy. Anarchists are just shaking our heads at the insanity and utopian hopefuls that government can be fixed. It's so frustrating watching people get abused and not do anything about it but play the abuser's games to try and beat them at it. Occasionally, someone will be held accountable to a small degree, but it's rampant and needs to be ousted and abolished...and not by law, but by individual assertion. But the key is to back up what you assert, which means you have to be willing to face the fear of unjust, extreme consequences. But you will get your way if you prevail. So prevail. Stop demonizing and labeling those who stand up to and fight these bullies as criminals. They are not so. This goes for all of us, I'm not singling out who I'm replying to only. We all have a duty to prevail for the future of humanity and government has no place in a civilized society.

I agree, everyone is scared of him. I was married to a police officer for almost 20 years and I was abused every single day. My ex kidnapped our children and moved out of state without my permission after his attorney had me thrown in jail for NO REASON and I can do NOTHING! I sat in jail for nearly two months being held without bail for nothing! People are locked up for criminal matters not family court! Nobody knew how to help me! I'm not a criminal so I wasn't allowed to speak with an attorney and there wasn't a scheduled court date so I quite literally was stuck! Unfortunately this is a common tactic utilized by attorneys. Because my ex is a police officer I continue to be abused through the family courts 15 years later. Every time I watch this video I get the same feeling I had being married, this man is a tyrant. He has too much power inside that department and he is very aware of it. If I were able to walk around in that building and look into the eyes of the people I could tell you 100% who this man has affected emotionally and who are his main team players without speaking a word to anyone. This man is very dangerous. This man can and probably has ruined lives. This man is emotionally charged and abusive. Unfortunately he has taken or been given control inside of a department where he comes in contact with people. Tyrant Fahey has no people skills. He knows how to intimidate to get his needs met but has no genuine ability to relate. It's possible that his behavior was learned as a young child as a way to deal with emotions or to prevent anyone from finding out that he was abused himself or perhaps he has a diagnosed or undiagnosed learning disability or mental disability. Sometimes people build mental walls as a way to prevent anyone from seeing who they really are or to protect them from being abused. Either way this man is clearly a disturbed child in adult clothing and should not be afforded the ability to interact with the general public as a representative for the state of Connecticut. I believe that this man is a danger to everyone around him and I call for a state level investigation into this man and if by chance his influence has affected these offices I would call for a federal investigation. SeanPaul represents every person walking into any public building and what happened to him could happen to anyone. Supporting We The People and coming together to demand action be taken upon tyrants like Fahey and taking a stand together will force proper bipartisan investigations and appropriate consequences for anyone involved. We The People aren't going away. They need us, we don't need them. Think about it.💪❤💯

Which is why Cuomo was dead wrong when he said the overwhelming majority of police are good. Every time I see a video of a cop beating on an innocent victim, there are sometimes 5-10 cops standing there letting it happen. Where is this overwhelming majority Cuomo speaks of? Cuomo is an establishment hack.

The "a few bad apples" line we are fed so often doesn't hold up well when police officers let their colleagues get away with bad behavior. There are a ton of good cops, and it's a shame so many others bow to the pressure and don't stand up to the really bad ones.

It applies perfectly, you're just not using the entire saying- "One bad apple will spoil the bunch," which is exactly what... well, I was gonna say "happened," but I'm fairly certain the job of policing has been nothing but uneducated, violent thugs enforcing the status quo from their inception.

The women cop as well should be fired for muting her camera. All of these people understand that they work for us. They have their jobs because of us the public.. as quickly as we could give them the opportunity us community can get together and take it away. She needs to be fired from muting her camera, and the sergeant needs to be in jail..

This cop Fahey belongs in prison. His behavior is so incredibly out of control. It is my belief that these people who get so out of control over filming are doing things that are illegal and that’s why they panic over the simple act of filming. I am certain that if we could find out all of the truth about his dirty little secrets. Dig deep Sean and I am certain you will find a great number of criminal acts and my intuition is that there are very serious and very heinous crimes that have been committed by this absolutely disgraceful officer Fahey. Go get em Sean. We appreciate what you do. Be careful and keep it up.

First of all there should be no mute button. It's either on or off. If it's off and should be on there should be a guaranteed disciplinary and no way out. This is unacceptable. We the people are allowed in any public building. This shows how tyrannical these clowns are. No accountability. The sad part is these actions are standard procedure in most all so called law enforcement offices.. Great job LIA/Sean standing up to each and every ignorant tyrant

When an officer deliberately mutes their bodycam in order to conceal facts and evidence, criminal charges should be placed against them! Equally so, when a fellow officer encourages and incites another officer to deliberately mute their bodycam in order to conceal facts and evidence, criminal charges of equal consequences should be charged against them as well.

But no redacting without a higher courts order, it should have to be outlined and proven its personal data like a citizens address or phone number etc. Nothing the police officers talk about while on duty is not "Official" business and is not exempt from us hearing.
